I ordered a atx mid tower gamemax…
I ordered a atx mid tower gamemax trooper case as it was at a good price
I however needed the case asap so paid £15 for Saturday delivery due to the urgency of needing the case.
But when it finally arrived I had no screws or accessories that come with the case ie standoffs ect.
I Contacted them straightaway via email on Saturday but took until 15:00 Wednesday for me to receive any thing from customer service in order for me to finally put the pc together
I paid enough on postage to only have to wait nearly a week since placing the order because there mistake
(Thursday to Wednesday)

Thank you for the review, we received an email from yourself Saturday evening stating you have not received a accessory pack or RGB controller. as explained the RGB controller is built into the case there is no accessory pack supplied, we understand you say no stand offs or screws where in the package and these where sent on Monday morning when we re-opened. I am sorry for the delay but we are unable to open every product prior to despatch. Your order was placed Thursday evening and despatched to you on Friday where you sent emails requesting a Saturday delivery of which you received your product Saturday, we never received an email till Saturday evening asking about the controller and accessory pack of which we answered Sunday morning and sent on the Monday morning.
Once again please do accept our apologise for the delay in the screws getting to you.

This is the first time I have bought from Digitalpromo; and because they stock exactly the specification of Taiyo Yuden blank CDs I have used for years, as well as more jewel cases I needed, I sent in my order. This arrived within 48 hours, incredibly safely packed, so in perfect condition. No broken or cracked jewel cases, as has been experienced from other suppliers over the years.
The first time order from Digitalpromo will not be the last. From my experience I unreservedly recommend this company.
