I orders items from FITBIT. They have used Digital River UK Ltd. I ordered in March, it is now June and after much searching, of my e-mails, I find that there was insufficient address so the items were sent back to postal depot. They have now marked parcel as "sorted". I have no way of contacting FITBIT or Digital River UK. The address on company house and the invoice receipt is different. I am going around in circles to get a refund. No email or phone numbers. Not very good customer service.

This attitude, in Italy, is called bad practice.
Given that companies are made up of human beings, I kindly request for someone to personally contact me to explain this behaviour.

It’s been 6 days since I placed my order and I haven’t got any information for it. I need your help in cancelling the order as the service has been atrocious!
The experience with Logitech for my first ever direct order has been absolutely absolutely pathetic. The product is available for a direct pick up from an apple store. The very next day. I have placed the order six days back, and I have received no details on the order being confirmed or being shipped. For a company, which says that it is a tech company having such pathetic customer service is a disgrace. The very fact that chat support Cannot even provide timelines or confirm confirmation on cancellation is a model which is used by companies of 18th century. It looks like the entire business is joined, and it was a grave error on my part to even think of ordering directly. I use multiple logic tech products, but the direct e-commerce site is extremely annoying.

I have no idea what is going on, I'm currently stuck without a keyboard and should have just ordered on Amazon for £10 more would have been worth it!

Trend Micro Antivirus Software - Downloaded their Antivirus Software for my elderly MacBook and received an invoice from Digital River (UK) Limited. Run the installer and once finished launched the application and was told the software cannot be run inside my OS version. Further research exposed that there is currently no Antivirus Software available for my MacBook from Micro Trend. I attempted to cancel my order and apply for refund on their website and via their UK subsidiary Digital River UK, without success. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

It's a shame for Lenovo that collaborates with them. I won't buy any of their products again, just because of digitalriver. Much frustration and I still have not received my item.

Scammers!
They collected a laptop from me (returned) on 10th August and are claiming that they haven't received it.
Funny how they managed to receive the £16 sleeve, which was returned along with it!!! I wish I'd read these reviews before buying, seems like I'm not the only one.
I have a full video from my doorbell cam showing the courier clearly collecting the laptop.
After sending them this evidence they have simply stopped responding.

I cancelled a Lenovo order on the 26th of June, on June 29th my credit card was charged although I had and oral confirmation that the order was cancelled.
Had them several time on the phone, every time I'm told I'll the order is cancelled and that I'll be refunded within 48h, we are the the 18th of August still no refund.
It's the 3 time I order via them once AMD once Lenovo, orders went fine.
I guess I you dont have to deal with them they are fine, but customer/accounting service is useless.
I want my money back ! Your practices , are borderline scam.

failed to cancel subscription of logitec security camera. Even though I set this to cancel in my account. The email they send had a non-working phone number for customer services and the links on their website claiming to offer help with customer service problems didnt work. If thats not a scan I dont know what it! Hopefully this review will stop others falling prey to any subscription service these guys offer.

I bought a laptop from Lenovo and the sale was handle by DIGITAL RIVER UK. After 10 days of no news about the purchase I called only to be told that their chosen courier said the package is missing. What would a decent business do? Replace or send another one No! Instead they have initiated a refund that will take between 4-6 weeks, when I did not ask for a refund. Please think again before you buy from LENOVO/DIGITAL RIVER. I’m not alone.

I bought speech recognition software. After 2 years of use, it had an error, which is why I wanted to de-install and then reinstall it. No sooner said than done. Then I noticed that I no longer had the file. "No problem", I thought, "it's a digital purchase and you can just download it again - as long as I have the registration number, it will work". But far from it. This junk company only provides the download links for 2 years. After that you're out of luck. Oh well. Next time I'll have the software sent to me on a data carrier. Absolutely not to be recommended.

Ordered and paid for a tablet in November. It never arrived. Have been emailing them every day, if I do get a response it contradicts someone else's response. Will now get the credit card company and Ombudsman involved.
Steer very clear from this company, go to Curry's Argos or anywhere else even if it costs more. It will be less pain in the long run.

I had ordered a sony xperia 1iii phone along with the free headphones. I got the sony xperia 1iii but haven't recieved the headphones. I contacted them and they said that it would be delivered. It has been more than 3
