Great Customer Service

I contacted Dihl customer service about a replacement sensor bin lid. I had bought the original from Amazon but replacements were out of stock, both at Amazon and Dihl - it was unclear if they were coming back in stock. I wasn't expecting a warranty - but the lovely Nathan in Customer Service responded to my enquiry that same morning - he checked my order and advised that the lid was still under warranty and stocks were due in a few days. He then emailed to say stocks were in already and he would be sending me a replacement! The replacement duly arrived and is working perfectly. I am blown away by the level of Customer Service at Dihl. The products are great - and now I know that Customer Service is also great. Thanks Nathan!!

Awesome customer service

Awesome customer service when Wayfair really let me down with a faulty item I bought from them. In the end Nathan at Dihl resolved the issue by offering to send a replacement lid to my hands free bin. It was Wayfairs job to contact Dihl on my behalf but they refused to assist. Thanks Nathan and team, I shall shop direct in future

Wow!

Wow, what customer service! I called up regarding an issue with my bin lid and the phone was immediately answered by a human being without any lengthy options to go through. Nathan resolved my problem quickly and efficiently, amazing job!

Superb customer service

Superb customer service, instant response and next day rectification. This is my second sensor bin, the previous one lasted 4 years. Very pleased with this model and there was an issue with the lid but Nathan at Customer Services rectified quickly. Couldn't be more pleased.

I had a fault, it was dealt with quickly and effectively

I had a fault with the product I had purchased after 3 months. I contacted customer services and they promptly responded within a couple of hours advising me of a way I might be able to fix the issue.

I followed the instructions, but was unable to fix the issue, I emailed them the next day and they came back to me again very promptly offering a replacement product.

It's very rare that you get a quick response from customer services that isn't an automated message. The issue was all dealt with very promptly. I know much larger companies that have taken weeks to resolve an issue. I would highly recommend Dihl they are a great company and have very good products. My previous product I was replacing lasted over 4 years, it's a great investment and will definitely be using them in the future.

Nate helped find a replacement part for an airfryer we bought from Wayfair that was damaged and then sold out. So grateful as didn't want another model. Good communication and really friendly. Thank you!

We love our sensor bin!

We love our sensor bin and were disappointed when the on/off switch stopped working. We contacted the company and are pleased to report that Nathan in Customer Services found us a replacement switch free of charge which was posted out promptly and was quite easy to fit. Great product and excellent service!

Excellent customer service

I have a Dihl dual compartment sensor bin and accidentally broke one of the plastic inner bins. I contacted customer services to see if I could obtain a replacement. I received a reply the next working day and the new inner bin arrived two days later. Wonderful customer services! Thank you so much Nathan.

I was looking for a dual bin with…

I was looking for a dual bin with separate compartments for waste and recycling.
The bin needed to look good and ideally have a sensor to open and close the lid. The Dihl dual sensor bin is perfect, not too big like some other bins and looks nice in our new kitchen. Would recommend Dihl products for there design and styling

I am very happy to write a positive review for this company because of their excellent customer service practices. I recently requested for a replacement item for a broken piece of a fruit juicer I bought from retailer who didn't stock replacement parts, but redirected me to Dihl, the manufacturers. And without a fuss they agreed to send me the requested part. I find that very reasonable and professional of them and for that I think it is an excellent company to do business with.

Rapid Delivery of Replacement Lid

Despite a misunderstanding that meant i ordered the wrong lid for my sensor bin once I contacted Nathan at Dihl the problem was rapidly solved and I received a replacement lid the correct size within 24 hours. Their customer service was excellent and I would definitely recommend them.
