Rapid Delivery of Replacement Lid
Despite a misunderstanding that meant i ordered the wrong lid for my sensor bin once I contacted Nathan at Dihl the problem was rapidly solved and I received a replacement lid the correct size within 24 hours. Their customer service was excellent and I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent customer service
I bought a replacement lid after the original gave up after a lot of use and 5 years, the new one had an issue after a few months and the customer service was excellent
I'd definitely buy from them again
