Accused me of cheating

So I placed an order with a Welcome50 discount code (my first order), within 20min order got cancelled. I then contacted customer support and they said they don't know why my order got cancelled and suggested to place an order without a discount code, to ensure I get the delivery (lol).

I then waited a couple of days and placed an order during off peak hours. Discount code didn't work as it said "have been used previously". I contacted customer support again and Seema told me that system flagged my previous order do to abuse, that I have attempted to use multiple codes across different accounts, which is absolutely not true! As a "good will" they then offered me 20% off. I'm smelling a scam? Why advertise a discount if you then can't fulfil it? Not only inconvenience of cancelled orders, but also being told i'm cheating. Sorry but this is not a way business should work.

First time user, goods arrived super quick, all in tact and nothing missing. Lovely delivery driver. Dija do not overprice goods for delivery even late at night. Very impressed will definitely use again.

Only delivered some of the items I had…

Only delivered some of the items I had ordered. When I messaged them about it they said they were confident they delivered all and didn’t believe me. After about an hour of messaging back and forth they gave me a refund on those items. Absolutely appalling service.

Do not trust them

Did not deliver items. Refused to refund. Asked for security footage to prove the driver had not delivered but could not provide proof of delivery. I asked for time stamp to pull up footage. First I was told the order was delivered at 7.20 pm, but after sending proof that they texted at 7.33 pm saying the order was running late and they appreciate my patience, they changed it and said the order was delivered at 7.41pm despite them texting at 8.15pm that they are getting an ETA after I wrote them. I asked them to send the driver to show me where he left the items, they refused. Now I have to get security to pull up footage just to prove my order was not delivered. Imagine the hassle. Definitely not worth it. Use a different service. Things will be good until they go wrong and then you are stuck having to work to prove your innocence and that their rider did not deliver. It’s the principle. Not the money.

Terrible

They delivered part of my order only. I ended up paying for items that were never delivered to me. When I reached out to customer service they said that because half of the order was delivered they weren't able to check.

Don't use Dija , I feel like they are a scam.

Selling rotten chicken and refusing to give refund

Ordered ‘Parsons Nose’ chicken breast. Opened 2 days before expiry and it was rotting with a terrible smell.

Tried to get a refund but Dija would only do so if I went through my bins to retrieve the rotting chicken and send them a photo of it.

Have informed Parsons Nose of the damage this is doing to their brand

Really poor first experience cancelled…

Really poor first experience cancelled my first order and then when i tried to re order i was sent rotten pears 🍐 melted ice cream missing snickers and cashew and they failed to acknowledge the mistake

Good customer support

I typed my address in wrong and Matt on the help team responded really quickly (before the order arrived) and corrected it. Order arrived in 15m in West London area. Good service.

Terrible service to order groceries…

Terrible service to order groceries from. I ordered groceries, the delivery guy was on the wrong road, and when I tried to contact no one would pick up. Didn’t receive my groceries - waste of time and money.

Disappointed

Disappointed, my order did not turn up and I had no communication from them. It is a new company and I do not trust them , nor will I attempt to order again.
