Grocery shopping has always been a chore. Not only it was wasting my time + I had to make decisions based on the store I visit. Dija basically solved these two problems for me. I order from my sofa and it knows exactly what I need. This is not to mention the great discounts and retail prices. I don't have to plan for anything, I just get the order in no time. Highly recommend.

Great range, super speedy & friendly staff

Diasappointing
Disappointed with the quality of the fresh products on offer. For example, the photos of bread and brioche in the app makes it look like it comes from a local bakery. However when it arrived, it was clear from both the taste and packaging the bread was not freshly baked. The brioche was was the same you would find in any cornershop and had an address listed on a commericial industrial estate. It tasted very stale as you would expect from some thing that was clearly mass produced for nationwide delivery, days, possibly weeks ago.
Their products are also overpriced compared to other grocery delivery apps. I only tried it out as I had a welcome code.
The only thing which was as advertised was their delivery time which was quick.
There are better grocery delivery services with genuinely fresh locally produced goods. I would not recommend this one.

Was 22 minutes late then the customer service team blamed me! They kept following up with pathetic emails saying they would look into the matter when their own their own tech clearly showed the delay.
