Placed an order but got nothing, called dineorder who said they had not received the order but my my as cleared in to there account, stay clear

Awful, they promise you the earth to sign up but don’t deliver. I’ve gone back to my old provider

It can be sometimes difficult to communicate with dine order however one thing I will say is that all the reps take pride in what they do, each rep is a one stop shop, pretty m uch deal with anything and everything without the need to escalate to management. That being said divyani is a credit to dine order. Amazing rep!

Dineorder are scammers. Please stay away. They stole all my customers and sent sms to promote their new business called Kuick. Even I receive messages. All they want is my customer database and use religion against you when I say no. They steal 1 pound service charge on all my customers. When I ask them they said its to promote Kuick. Very bad company, justeat is better

The customer service of DineOrder is the best ever I have experienced fast and FRIENDLY, I'm using DineOrder online service for my fish and chips shop for nearly a year it is just brilliant service the staff is highly trained, just a small example: I had a few problems with the menu to sort out and there was a employee I believe Papiya Shomed and she did it in the matter of few minutes compare to some other online "companies" DineOrder is the Bessssssstttt.

I'm really happy with dine order they have always been reliable without any issues or never given me reason to complain I highly recommend businesses to work with dine order

Why is no one investigating this company? My food order was not sent through to the takeaway but the money was taken from my bank. There is not a UK number to reach them and cannot seem to get a refund. On looking at recent 5 star reviews it is obvious that they are fake. Do not use this company, it is a scam.
It is now October and according to a good source the Kellbank Hotel in the Lake District from where I contracted ecoli, they are still displaying their 5 star rating sicker. Lawfully their most recent one done all of the way back in spring still not displayed. What is no one picking up on this? AND I JAVE TO SAY IT WAS 2022 BECAUSE TRUSTPILOT WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO INPUT THE CORRECT DATE BELOW?????

Been using DineOrder for almost a year, the epos system is brilliant and the support staff are fantastic. Had an issue a few months back and was sorted within a few minutes by a young lady by the name of Susmita. Will recommend to all new businesses.
