Be careful

Be careful, these guys are apparently scammers. I sent the money, but it didn't show up on my phone balance. I've been investigating for three days now, and the problem still persists.

FRAUD.
I took an IQ test, just for fun on in February 2025, and in April found my PayPal account being used to take 28.80 each month out of my bank checking account.

This is a rip off

This is a rip off. On average my receivers gets only 50% of what i get charged. I send $144 amongst 4 recievers and my receivers only get roughly $72 and the other $72 im ripped of in transaction fees and tax. Im better off sending cash and having them top off their own phone. I will never use this service again.

My experience with Ding top-up has been great, especially when sending gift cards to my friends and family. The process is very easy and straightforward. I love how quickly the top-up is delivered to my friends and family it’s almost instant, which gives me peace of mind. The website is simple to navigate, and the payment process feels secure and reliable.

What the company is doing well is providing fast service and making it convenient to send mobile load or gift cards internationally. I also appreciate the variety of options available and how smooth the overall transaction is.

One suggestion would be to occasionally offer more promotions or loyalty rewards for frequent users. Overall, I’m very satisfied and will continue using Ding to stay connected with my loved ones.
