Misleading bonus during storm Melissa!

Sorry Ding the issue is still not resolved. You sent384.60 top up to a completely different number that I did not realised you short changed. Thanks for highlighting 😡! Regarding the previous issues, you keep insisting the bonus expired after 3 days however they did not receive the bonus in the first place. Hope this is clear enough

Closed my account with no warning and no reason!

Closed my account with no warning and no reason! I used Ding for a little over a month to top up two (me and my wife's) tourist prepaid SIMs from Claro while on extended holiday in Argentina. I am a UK resident and US citizen. They only sold a maximum of ARS 2500 (about USD 2) so I needed 6 transactions to top up both lines for a month. The next month, after 4 of 6 purchases, my transactions would no longer go through and their Support said they had closed my account. They refused to give a reason. I had to switch to another service and lost the "points" I had been awarded.

Ding can be used to credit Flow or Digicel

I’ve been using Ding instead of other Mobile networks, as no matter what phone network your family or friend uses, Ding is able to credit. Flow or Digicel. It’s also a great way to support someone in Jamaica 🇯🇲 especially after the devastation caused due to Hurricane Melissa Category 5. Support someone today 🙏🏼🙏🏽

Quick and easy to use -- no issues. Within seconds I had confirmation my phone had been topped off. Used this firm for years -- never an issue.
