We loved everything about the choices on offer and the standard of production.
The books are a beautiful quality, very happy with them.
Order was put in on Friday morning at 6am, and wasnt done till Monday at approx 3pm....then was sent to australia post for express - that definately did not arrive as express.

Thank you for your feedback, the Express production option does state Order produced by the next Business day.
If the order was placed Friday, and shipped Monday this is within this time frame.

Unfortunately, express production does not impact the shipping time. We only offer one shipping method to New Zealand and this takes 7-12 working days. I can see your order is now in Christchurch and it should be delivered very soon.
