I wouldn’t use anyone else. Dinsdale Plumbing & Heating fitted my new boiler last year and were fantastic from start to finish. Great price, communication and their lads were thoroughly professional and did a great job.

They’ve since serviced the boiler and again it was a pleasure to deal with company.

Very organised and excellent communication. A comprehensive survey was carried out. We were under no pressure at all. Advice was clear and concise, we were given literature and a written quote arrived with options discussed within two days. The date for completion was agreed and we were contacted prior as a reminder. The team arrived on the day and worked through until completion. They were tidy, polite and professional. This is a well-organised and professional outfit. I used them to make recommendations on a problem with my gas boiler and to undertake some work. Very knowledgeable staff. Punctual and very polite. Never used Dinsdale before - price quoted was good to buy & install new shower so gave them a chance - very happy with service - turned up right on time, the lad was friendly, done the job quick - left no mess and even corrected the boiler pressure after turning water off. Done job for price quoted. Would use again and recommend

We have used Dinsdale Plumbing on quite a few jobs and have always had very good service. The job was to change out the leaking radiator for a new one. Spoke to Kevin (Dinsdale) on Friday and the job was completed on the following Monday. We will certainly continue to use Dinsdale Plumbing in the future.

Have had my yearly boiler and gas fire serviced,once again arrived in time slot, protected the carpet when servicing the fire everything put back in place left it neat and tidy.The gentleman that came was very polite and courteous. Once again thanks to Dinsdales for a splendid job well done.

Very polite workers all questions answered. Had my boiler serviced earlier in the year and have just had a plumbing problem sorted also new taps bought and fitted with no mess or hassle. Will certainly be using them again and passing on their details to friends and family. Well done.

From coming out to quote to completion of installation of radiators was 3 weeks. Installers were great. Even was able to take dog out whilst they worked. Would recommend there work to anybody. Love that I was able to use local firm. Great team.

I have used this company for many years and they have always provided a good service. I have used them twice for emergencies and Kevin has had the engineers out immediately, once for me putting screws through the pipes and once for the boiler being off on our return from holiday in March. I can totally recommend them for all plumbing needs.

Excellent service arrived on time very polite and professional

Plumber arrived as arranged and soon got to grips with changing the fitting on the toilet. I thought the job would have been more complex but he completed it in 10 minutes. I was happy to be charged for just 30 minutes service. I have used Dinsdales before and they will always be my first call if I have a problem. Have already booked an annual gas safety check with them

This is the first time I have used Dinsdale Plumbing but I would definitely use them again. Their service was excellent at all stages, from the initial visit for an estimate, through the provision of the estimate, the booking of a date for the work, the work itself and a courtesy call the following day to check that everything was to our satisfaction. They came when they said they would and were efficient, informative and courteous throughout. If only all tradespeople were this good!

Excellent customer service, very fast call back when I left a message, an appointment was arranged quickly, I liked that I had an email reminder the day before the appointment. The plumber arrived within the timescale, fixed the problem quickly.
