Poor customer service, no reply. I have been a hold customer and used Dior products for several years (4+) and never needed to contact customer services before. However after a recent order my perf... See more

Purchased a necklace and received it…
Purchased a necklace and received it with half the stone hanging out, returned they exchanged the next one received half of the clasp wasn’t attached. The clasp had a massive gap that you couldn’t miss and couldn’t wear. Returned still awaiting a refund.
I recently had an issue with a product
I recently had an issue with a product. I rang customer service who were extremely helpful. After sending them an email, with some photos and proof of purchase, I was able to exchange for a different product of a similar price, The whole process was completed within a couple of days. Very impressive!
Dior Lipstick I bought a lipstick in Malaga Airport…
I bought a lipstick in Malaga Airport Duty Free on 22nd November 2025. I have bought DIOR products for many years, makeup and perfumes. I didn't open the cover box until the beginning of December and discovered that there was no lipstick in the tube. I visited the DIOR counter in Dublin Airport on 7th December and was told they could do nothing, either go back to Malaga airport or contact customer services. I have contacted them, sent photos, codes and videos of the product. The response I received made me feel like I was trying to scam them. I am so disappointed. This isn't the end of my world, I can buy another lipstick, but I'm out of pocket, feel dismissed and don't know how to proceed. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Read the reviews!!
Read the reviews!!! By far the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. Especially during the holidays! Dior website timed out and wrote error during my checkout. Failed to deliver a receipt and confirmation email. I resubmitted the same order after 10 mins and then received both confirmation emails and text. I immediately called Dior who reassured me one would be cancelled. They then shipped both and said they couldn’t cancel it because I’d opted for 2 day delivery the to arrive for Christmas. But on the day they were scheduled to be delivered Dior canceled both deliveries and issued a return to sender cancellation with ups. Yet had the nerve to confirm only one would be cancelled but then blamed ups saying maybe it’s ups that cancelled both. Then told me I can’t be refund until 7 days after they actually return to their facility and go through the return process. For products I never received. So not only my mom did not receive her holiday exclusive present they also now have my funds and refuse to refund. I’ve never had such a terrible shopping experience and the the customer service representatives are by far the most rude you’ll ever speak to.
Horrible service
Please stay away from shopping with DIOR. My experience was extremely dissapointing. Due to a system glitch, the wrong item was processed and despite contacting them within an hour, they refused to cancel or modify the order. So disgusting, all the representative said is we cannot cancel it. Why can't you? it's only been an hour! UPS didn't even receive the order! This level of customer service is unacceptable!
Want miniatures? Forget it. Buy elsewhere.
Incredibly poor policy regarding dealing with the complimentary miniatures. In exchange for the out-of-stock miniature, I was offered tiny samples available only upon purchase of a second item, effectively requiring me to pay twice for something I should have had the first time. This misleading and unprofessional "resolution" was only offered after I got in touch with your customer support team myself. I will be encouraging my friends and family to go elsewhere with their beauty products in the future following this incredibly poor experience. For a brand that declares itself "luxury", your client care is anything but.
The service is dreadful
The service is dreadful. My product was delivered by your courier to the wrong address over a week ago, im unable to locate it and I'm now having to call daily to chase what's happening because no one ever responds or sends the emails they say they will. It's embarrassing customer service and puts me off using Dior again. When I speak on the phone they just repeat "they're speaking to DPD" and "no worries" but can't tell me what they're speaking to them about and how long I have to wait. It's bits of makeup not a handbag, just sort it out!
They promise deals like next-day…
They promise deals like next-day delivery samples and small gifts to lure customers but then disappoint. Their orders seem confirmed with all the promised samples but when you open your box you’ll find they’ve forgotten some and it arrived almost a week later. Customer services is a joke as well! Avoid buying from them!
Dior Christmas Advent Calender £570.00
Further to our call this morning and as an update to my earlier email,
When I ordered the prestigious Christian Dior Advent Calendar, the one with a price tag so high it really should have descended from the heavens on a velvet cloud accompanied by a choir of angels humming softly in the background, I naturally assumed I was purchasing something exceptional, if not borderline spiritual.
Naturally, when one invests that amount in a luxury calendar, one expects a daily dose of Dior magic: fragrances, skincare, makeup… you know, the glamorous products Dior is globally admired for and not items that look suspiciously like they were retrieved from the bottom of a school stationery drawer.
Instead, what I received can only be described as a bold “creative direction” though one that leans significantly closer to Tuesday afternoon in the primary school art room than anything remotely deserving of the phrase Parisian Haute Couture. The sort of scene where scissors are blunt, glue sticks are dry, and the results are “displayed proudly” by teachers because it’s kinder than telling the truth.
Had I genuinely been searching for decorative paper goods, I would have happily strolled into the local corner shop, purchased a craft box for a few quid, and still had enough spare change for a celebratory Michelin-star lunch at Gordon Ramsay with wine, dessert, and possibly a digestive liqueur to help me recover from the shock.
It appears that this year, Dior’s creative inspiration team may have quietly slipped out the back door and outsourced their vision to the under-12s at the local primary school. These inclusions fall so staggeringly short of Dior’s usual standards and the promises made in their marketing, that I genuinely found myself checking whether I had accidentally purchased the “children’s activity edition” by Hamleys instead of a luxury advent calendar.
Ho Ho Ho, a very merry Christmas to everyone at the House of Dior, and congratulations on producing the most unintentionally festive piece of school craft we have ever seen
Customer service in uk is a joke
Customer service in uk is a joke. My parcel was meant to come next day, I already waiting a week and now I’m away till New year, I ordered presents for Christmas and they completely ignored me.

Fake ambassodor russians customers…
Fake ambassadors distribute fakes and dior quality is worse than fake, service is poor and stuff rude and arrogant
If I could I would give it a 0
If I could I would give it a 0. I made a big order and when I opened the order I had a missing item when I contacted the help service the advisor had said the item was scanned and sent over and just fobbing me off in filling out a form. Basically saying I was a liar. She told me to fill out a form to which I think nothing is going to be done after filling the form out. Also, when I placed the order I was given many complimentary gifts when I opened the boxes I was missing a few items and was told that the complimentary gifts are subject to availability. Dior needs to make it clear on the website where people can see it in the basket. Not put it in the Q&Ahelp section . Please explain who has the time to read all that information when placing an order. It’s appalling to see this sort of service from such a high end brand. A company which has majority one stars says it all. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
Worse customer service.ever
Worse customer service.ever! Never saw customer service that is just lying 😀. Fighting for every cent with customers. They said to me that offer spend 200 pr more and get free gift is not active anymore just not to send free gift that comes with 200 eur purchase. Then I checked and offer is available till 12/01/2026. My friend ordered next day and received free gift. In customer service I was told that samples or any free gifts are up to availability but then why they do these promotions if can’t guarantee that it will be available. They just force people to spend more and then just dont send free gift.
bad aftersale service
I bought a second hand dior La D De Dior watch for 12000dkk, the bracelet is too short therefore I contacted client service for 2 bracelet extensions. surprisely, I was rejected due to I can't provide them the original invoice.
I work at Patek Philippe for 11 years, also have great experience with aftersale service for over 12 differents luxury watch brands, none of them would ask client to provide original invoice for ordering accessories.
Christian dior gave the most absolutely ridiculous reason to reject client's request.
New Dior Homme Parfum 2025
Two to three years ago, I repeatedly attempted to purchase the original Dior Homme Parfum from Dior.com - a signature fragrance abruptly removed from the market and silently replaced by Dior Homme Intense. Although the product occasionally appeared as “available,” the website consistently blocked the checkout process. I contacted Dior multiple times via phone and email, yet the issue was never addressed or resolved, forcing me to abandon the purchase entirely.
Today I received the newly released Dior Homme Parfum 2025, and the experience confirmed a dramatic decline in the brand’s standards. The fragrance smells like an extremely cheap eau de toilette, dominated by harsh synthetic notes of unmistakably low quality. There is absolutely no connection whatsoever to the original Dior Homme Parfum – not in composition, not in refinement, not in identity. This reformulation dismantles the integrity and prestige of the entire Dior Homme line.
It is now evident that Dior is undergoing a visible decline, both in product quality and in the professionalism of its customer service. For a brand that claims luxury status, this level is unacceptable.
Dior is terrible customer service
Dior is terrible customer service , booking appointments no one get back to me and confirm, I call them 6-7 times 2 days ,I will never come back again .
The atmosphere was disgusting
Stepped into a dior store once, the atmosphere was disgusting. Maybe I wasn’t looking like a wealthy person, but the staff could be more polite and resposnive, who the heck on earth in the 21st century evaluates a person’s wallet by his looks. We gotta cancel their goods and these stores, they don’t deserve to be called “luxury brand”.
Half a star is appropriate.
Half a star is appropriate.
For an upmarket designer store I was surprised how little the staff member knew about the product I was viewing to purchase. Staff were nice, presentable, and friendly , however knowledge on the product of interest was near to non existent, pushing a number of times to sell me a different bag in a different colour. Really!!!!. I became annoyed at their ignorance or lack of training. Dior get your act together, I would like spend $$$$$ but have NO confidence in your brand when your staff know little about the product or continually push for a bag I don't want. It's annoying.
I have recently purchased 2 makeup…
I have recently purchased 2 makeup items from Dior. One was a concealer- the shade match was great but I found the formula irritated my eyes a bit. When I messaged Dior about this, they were really prompt and helpful in solving the problem and offered me a similar makeup item, as a replacement. Unfortunately, the shade I chose did not match me in the replacement and I ended up giving it to a friend. Wish their stick foundation line was more expansive as they do not carry my usual shade in this particular line. I also purchased a liquid foundation - the shade match was good and the foundation itself is beautiful. Because of the helpful customer service I received and the quality of the items I purchased, I would recommend.
