Poor customer service, no reply. I have been a hold customer and used Dior products for several years (4+) and never needed to contact customer services before. However after a recent order my perf... See more

Would be 0 stars if I could
Would be 0 stars if I could. Ordered a lip oil but when parcel arrived actual product wasn’t there, just free samples. Contacted Dior who requested photos, id and a form to be filled in. Sent everything then heard no more. After sending several follow up emails I phoned. Was told investigation was complete and the product was sent. Basically saying I was lying! After reading reviews on here it seems to be a common occurrence. I am absolutely disgusted that they can get away with taking money and not actually sending the product!
⭐ 1-Star Review
⭐ 1-Star Review — Extremely Disappointing Experience
I am extremely disappointed with my recent Dior experience.
I purchased a Dior fragrance (Order #106551921) in September as a gift for my father-in-law, and although it arrived beautifully packaged, the product itself was clearly defective. The liquid inside was creamy, the spray nozzle barely worked, and the few times it did spray, it left white residue on skin and clothing.
I’ve owned this same fragrance previously and never experienced anything like this, so it was very clear that this bottle was faulty. I contacted Dior immediately, and despite emailing, calling, and sending photos and videos as requested, the issue has still not been properly resolved. Weeks have passed with no meaningful update.
To make things worse, I was told that I now have to retrieve the product from my father-in-law’s home and ship it back before Dior will even consider replacement — despite providing full evidence. After all the time and effort I’ve spent trying to resolve a problem caused by Dior’s own quality-control issue, this response is unacceptable.
For a luxury brand, I expected far better customer service. If this product had been purchased from a retailer like Sephora, the matter would have been handled quickly and professionally. Unfortunately, this experience has left me extremely frustrated and strongly reconsidering future Dior purchases.
Very disappointing.
Lipstick
Ordered a lipstick from Dior’s website, packaging was fine, delivery fast. My girl really liked it, prices are high of course, but it’s dior, you know what you’re paying for.
Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service. I have a concealer leaking. Was supposed to get a replacement, but been waiting +3 weeks. No response any longer on email. Called 3 times, got promised to get emails, which I don't get and then I spoke to her and she said that she actually didn't have any rights at all to send a replacement. I said the concealer is in fact leaking and that it's all over tiktok if you just search on it. She said it can be "fake news", even though there's multiple people saying the same thing.
The one I spoke to was Isadora, Swedish customer service (english-speaking person)
They say they have sent it but refuse to give me a tracking number or any proof of it actually being sent
Now I’ve been waiting 7 weeks and I know I won’t get the concealer as promised
some special accessories here
got several accessories that my friends said that i can find only here...well, dunno about that, but seems these items are kinda fine...good gifts for my sisters
Did not send the item from using the code
After my first order, Dior emailed me a code that I can use on my next purchase to get a free makeup pouch. Since i need a makeup pouch, I order more stuff from Dior with required $$ amount to get the free makeup pouch. My order came, but no make up pouch. I made that second order in hopes i get a makeup pouch but just to be disappointed. I call customer serbice and all the agent said is that pouch is not available anymore. I wont order from Dior again.
Dior Castlereagh Street
Dior Castlereagh Street – The Most Arrogant Experience of My Life
I bought Dior earrings online for my partner — an eye-watering amount for what was meant to be a meaningful gift.
I called ahead, was told to collect that day, and drove into the city. After paying for parking and standing in line, I was told the item wasn’t in store.
No apology. No refund. Just instructions to return when it suited them.
That’s not luxury, that’s contempt. Dior treated me like I should be thankful to wait in line for their mistake.
I had to buy a replacement gift at Louis Vuitton (same LVMH group) just to recover the moment.
If this isn’t resolved with a refund, apology, and compensation, I’ll escalate it through every official and public channel possible.
Buyer beware — Dior’s “collect in store” promise is broken.
Very bad customer service
I have been wrongfully sent a gloss instead the foundation I ordered. Federica the advisor couldn’t find the truth. She said that she checked with the warehouse and all was packed as ordered. My guess is that they have no idea who is stealing and how, they’re just incompetent and they don’t care about the loyal clients. Disgraceful customer service
Cheap, iridescent, lip color
The Holiday universal glitter lipstick is a miserable failure. The glitter ends up all over your face! The fragrance is unpleasant and overpowering.
Ordered 2 perfumes for gifts only one…
Ordered 2 perfumes for gifts only one arrived and dior have absolutely no customer service skills at all still waiting for reply still waiting for other perfume will never order from dior again worst company I ever used
Poor refund policy
I’ve purchased a lot from Dior.com. I’ve never had a problem with their products until now. The Dior capture collagen shot for eyes did not work for me. I requested a refund. Apparently, you need to have all of the original packaging to get your money back. They won’t accept it or refund my money because I didn’t keep the original package. This is a big priced product and they don’t stand behind it. I get better service from the drugstore. Very disappointed in their policy and response.
Ordered a really big order
Ordered a really big order, the items I ordered weren’t in the parcel.
Really supportive at first, but their “investigations” state that I have received the full order. Cannot provide any proof, ignoring emails, despite having to go into a Dior store to purchase the missing item as it was a birthday gift. Never ever ever order online, Renata in customer service has been awful to deal with, dismissing and doesn’t reply, will be proceeding with a chargeback.
dior wtf
The new lip butter was criticized by many people for looking cheap and not being worth the money it costs. My lip butter applicator just ripped off after the first couple weeks of usage. I still have lots of product inside but what am I even supposed to do with it now when I can’t even apply it
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Lip gloss in tube was filled only 1/2 way. Called and texted the company. They said they were aware of the problem but offered no solution. I was a platinum member but I assure you I will not purchase anything else from them.
Gold came off £370 bracelet
Gold came off £370 bracelet. Reached out in June - told me it would take 14 days after sending pics twice for atelier to assess in France. 2 months later no response - he’s forgot. Finally got a returns label after I chased again after the atelier did assess - sent it - 5 days later travelled about 3 miles from my house - UPS commercial invoice missing. Phoned Dior again - not sure why I was asked to send to France. So 11 weeks on - no bracelet - no refund - no idea what the outcome will be. I just want a refund so I can replace my daughter’s 21st birthday faulty gift. Not really bothered who’s chasing it around Europe . Update 4 more weeks on from Dior and UPS losing my bracelet - they tell me it will now take 30 days to issue a refund as it goes through the payments team who go through the banks - ok 2 mins each max - it's 19th September so they tell me it will take another 24 days along with the 3 months ive been waiting already for 6 DSior people to tell me they will personally look after my issue - 1 why the hell do I have to phone for updates and they will never call you and if its urgent how comes I now have to wait another 24 days for what????? Payments team are told - approval needed - why 24 days - honestly this is the most shocking company I have ever ever dealt with in all my trustpilot reviews
Poor customer service/experience
Package got stolen. They delayed refunding me the full amount which I’m still waiting for. I’ve reached out three times for an update.
Dior forever transfer proof lipstick
Hi, I recently ordered dior forever transfer proof lipstick shade Grace 558. The lipstick is very dry, sticky and it seems to me that it is expired... the colour is not the same as on the website, and it is not staying on the lips for hours as stated, it stays until I had water and then my lips looked like with no lipstick.
Non Christian Dior Product!….
I purchased Christian Dior Petit CD Mini Stud Earrings for £320 as a Xmas present, they arrived via courier direct from Christian Dior….
Everything good until May, the earrings lost a stone, I contacted CD, via phone and email, with over 20 images of product, after continuous chase I got a reply to say they were deemed faulty, all we wanted was a replacement no, they would not action this, they wanted the items back to review, I asked for a courier label to keep to their terms and conditions and also was insured if parcel was lost, I parcelled in original packaging with presentation box and ribbon and took to courier, I photographed items, packaging and hand over courier parcel, got a receipt and thought that was that….
But no, I received an email to say the parcel was received, then the following day I received an email stating that the parcel received from myself was non Dior earrings, which means that the original order I purchased and received from yourselves ’Christian Dior’, was also non Dior earrings, so basically you sold me a product not as advertised on your website ‘Christian Dior’ ???,
The faulty ‘Christian Dior’ earrings I sent back are the same earrings you sold me in the first place and as per all the photographic images sent to you in previous emails showing the missing stone and deeming them faulty by your workshop team !!!!.
I was mortified with the response, I contacted police fraud squad, section 75 from my credit card, trading standards and reported to all with crime numbers.
I had done everything asked by Christian Dior, I contacted CD over 30 emails and over 30 calls.
Only my persistence and knowing my rights and being professional at all times, that I eventually got a resolution…
My final comment never never ever buy from Christian Dior it the worst company ever ever I have purchased from, I do not like being called a liar on the phone, I think personally that for a luxury brand they have a lot to answer for.
ONE STAR * IS TOO HIGH A RATING.
Appalling ‘luxury’ brand
My partner bought me some Christian Dior earrings from the website in December and unfortunately by May one of the stones had fallen out of one of the earrings. We contacted Christian Dior and after a lot of chasing & excuses about the workshop being not able to repair them, they emailed us a label and asked us to send the earrings back for a refund. We packaged them in the original packaging and the original bag and box that they came in. They were received back by christian Dior & when we called about the refund, we were told that the earrings they received back were not a pair, and were not authentic. They called us liars and an investigation was launched as to what happened to my earrings…we asked for pictures of the earrings that they apparently received back and a video of the parcel being opened but they would not provide anything to us using GDPR as an excuse. It took nearly 6 weeks to get our money back after calling them most days, and emailing. If we had not been so persistant or known our rights we would have not got any money back. We have never experienced anything like this before, there is obviously some sort of organised crime going on in this so called luxury company. We will never purchase anything from Christian Dior again.
I ordered a product that had minor…
I ordered a product that had minor stains, I asked by text and email if it was normal, one reply said it’s defective and another say it’s normal. I said if I want to return ill drop it off, few days later, a random pick up was scheduled showing up at my house. Like WTF, do better Dior…
