The absolute worst customer service
I’m not surprised to see how many bad reviews Dior have received. My recent customer experience has been shocking too. Firstly they sent the parcel to the wrong address and refused to refund or send a replacement. I managed to pick it up out of sheer luck and when I opened the product, the brush of the spoolie broke off immediately, meaning I don’t have a way to apply the product without making my own makeshift spatula (cotton wool bud!) I raised my concerns and asked for a refund and they sent me this email: “In order to pass on your situation to the concerned department, we will require mandatory pictures and videos of the broken or damaged product including the batch code located at the bottom of the item and in the packaging of them, plus pictures from all angles of the delivered box, inside and outside and the shipping label.” I’ve obviously thrown these away by now, which they are clearly counting on to avoid refunding customers for their £35 faulty concealer. Avoid.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I have received. My emails and complaints have been ignored for the past two days.
Dior has been falsely advertising a promotion that encourages customers to spend more in order to receive a gift that is never actually delivered. Despite my complaint, I have yet to receive a response. As a loyal customer who admires Dior and what it represents, it is disheartening to see such disregard for customer satisfaction.
Furthermore, the promotion has remained available in the past few days, yet the promised gift was not included with orders. Given that Dior is a luxury brand, I expected a much higher standard of professionalism and customer care but mostly I expected to receive what I paid for….

I sent back a perfume since January it’s March now and still have t revived my refund I been calling and they say without a tracking information there’s nothing they can do but I did get a email saying they received it and a refund will be issued and nothing that’s how they make there money 😡

Website was promising a complimentary gift if you spend £120. I haven't received any gifts and after email exchanges with customer service they just asked me to return my purchase! Customer service was rude, obviously didn't care about customers and their experience and about Dior reputation. They also gave me incorrect promo code.
Dior keep advertising free gifts, but do not give you anything. This is disgusting and just misleading customers. I didn't expect that from Dior...attracting customers by promising gifts which you never give away...

I have to buck the trend here and say that my recent experience with Dior 'Fashion & Accessories' has been flawless. I don't usually leave reviews but I felt I had to provide my experience as it was nothing but positive. The items I was thinking of purchasing weren't cheap (no surprise!) so I read the reviews on this page before I placed the order and they really made me think twice. But I'm glad I took the risk because it definitely paid off. I ordered a ring set for Valentine's Day and selected the 'time slot' delivery so I could schedule it to arrive on 14th Feb. I called Dior a couple of times prior to delivery just to make sure everything was on schedule (again because the reviews had made me nervous). They were easy to get hold of on the phone and always very helpful. The courier sent me multiple messages leading up to delivery to keep me updated on their arrival and was dressed smartly with 'proper' shoes which also added to the positive experience. So maybe all the negative reviews are for the 'Fragrance & Beauty' area of the business, or I just got lucky.....but I am very happy (and more importantly so is my wife).

I bought a lipstick, and when it was delivered, it was broken. This was the second time Dior had sent me faulty products. I wrote to them several times, but there was no response.
Frustrated, I took the product to the Mirdif City Centre store, but the team had no clue what to do. They kept repeating, "I understand," without offering any real help. I left the product there out of frustration and told them to deal with it.
Despite the store contacting the e-commerce department, the product remained uncollected for two weeks. Eventually, a pickup was scheduled to collect the item from my home, but I informed them it was at the store. Shortly after, I received a message stating they were unable to collect the product.
I gave up for a week before following up again with another email. Eventually, I received a single-line response saying, "We don’t have the product and will refund your money."
This is completely unacceptable from a brand like Dior. I will never shop here again—you just lost a customer!

I was once a dior fan but not anymore. I ordered a sandal online. They had falsely advertised that size 42 is US size 9 so i ordered that, it was too big as it was not size 9, i tried to return it and guess what they falsely accuse me of using that stuff and I did not get my money back. I regret i ever bought things from store. I wish i could give negative stars for wasting my 800 dollars.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. I order a bag online, UPS never delivered it and now they won't refund me. I have been exchanging emails for more than 20 days and there is zero cooperation. Worst Customer Service Ever
I placed the order for the Dior Multi-Use Face Palette, the order was confirmed by Dior email containing my full address. However, few days later I found out by checking UPS tracking number that the order was not delivered due to incomplete address provided and was routed back to Dior location in Las Vegas, NV. Not only I found about the return of my merchandise on my own, but when I called Dior Customer Service I did not receive any cooperation neither with reshipping the order nor with the payment refund. I was told that the refund will take 7-10 business days which is ridiculous taking their fault of incorrectly shipping my order. I am fully dissatisfied with unprofessional manner Dior is treating their customers. Will NEVER order from this site ever again!!!

Dior.com required adult signature forUPS to deliver a $30 nail polish to my house. Really?! When I asked Dior to help because I cannot wait for UPS to sign for a $30 package, they gave me the run around. They could have arranged for the package to be sent to my local CVS for pick up. Instead, they scheduled a UPS pickup. The customer service at Dior.com is a waste of time - the woman was distracted, clearly working from home judging by the screaming of kids in the background. She even told me to hold on for a sec, midway through my explanation of why I'd contacted Dior. Then she scheduled the UPS pickup even though we discussed that she'll try to redirect the package. I tried to have the package intercepted a second time and had the "pleasure" to talk to another inept customer rep. This one must have been working from a restaurant kitchen, with all the pot and pan banging that I kept listening to while talking to her. I am not dealing with Dior anymore. It is insulting just how poor their customer service is. Oh, I never got the package - UPS delivered it back to Dior.

My J'adore L'Or smells like urine! The customer support just lets you make multiple pictures to detect if something is wrong with the perfume. Ridiculous. Then they say: Sorry, it's open we can't take back and refund. I travel a lot due to my job and can tell you the original perfume smells not like this. I tried it in many many stores. But this one is horrible and I paid above 100 Euro for this crap. Merde DIOR customer support! I was a big fan of the brand... BYE. PS. Auf englisch um mehr Leute zu warnen.

I am extremely disappointed with the poor service I received from Dior after placing an online order for a Christmas gift for my wife. I ordered a hat and gloves, but when the parcels arrived (after a delay), I found incorrect items: a calendar and a leather bag.
I immediately contacted Dior’s customer service and followed all their instructions, including sending a statement and photos of the incorrect items. The delivery company (UPS) was sent to collect the items, and I was told the matter would be investigated. However, despite weeks of follow-ups, I was repeatedly told that the investigation was ongoing, only to later be informed that there was “insufficient evidence” for a refund or resolution.
It has been almost two months, and I still don’t have the items I ordered or my money back. Dior’s handling of this situation has been unprofessional and unacceptable for a brand of their stature. I feel completely let down and ignored.
I urge Dior to take responsibility for this mistake and provide either the items I ordered or a full refund. Until then, I cannot recommend their services to anyone.
Ongoing terrible service
I have had numerous bad experiences with Dior online and will no longer be shopping with the brand. My first negative experience happened when my partner ordered me a book tote for my birthday, the item was lost by UPS for several weeks and Dior refused to even acknowledge and email regarding it, luckily UPS resolved the issue. Then this Xmas I ordered my partner a mens toiletry bag, not a massive deal but it arrived without any gift wrap despite me specifically requesting it to be wrapped in the Xmas wrap. I reached out to Dior who first told me there was no men’s Xmas wrap, I sent them a screenshot of a photo from the Dior website clearly showing it. They apologised and said someone would get back to me. My latest experience a couple of days ago I ordered a fragrance gift set costing £265. I enquired before If the small bottles in the set were spray bottles and not dab bottles. They confirmed that they were spray bottles. However I have opened the item today and found that they are in fact dab bottles which I do not want. I tried to call Dior but was cut off twice. I was WhatsApp and email them with no reply as of yet. I want to return the item as I was misled in the sale but it is not a simple return as the packaging on the fragrance box has been opened. I will initiate a charge back with my bank if needed but find that their advisors either intentionally lie or know very little about the products.

Disgraceful customer service. Ask to return free samples ! Because I want to returns one item of hundreds worth order ! Ridiculous and wordless. It supposed to be luxury brand and they expect free samples to be returned. It’s better to buy them on boots or Sephora to avoid big disappointment and awful customer service.

bought my wife a sneakers for christmas. it was a size too big so we retuned it. Mind you this is christmas we are cozy inside. my wife is not a lowlife and would not wear the sneakers around and then try to return it.
Dior took 3 weeks now to tell me they found mark on the outer sole and that they tried to fix it but couldn’t so they are returning the shoes to us and not giving refund.

Mouldy Lipstick... Shocking Customer Service!
Ordered several lipsticks, one of them had mould on it! Contacted customer services and emailed photos, told it would be escalated and someone would get back to me. 3 days and no replies to my emails/telephone calls. On the 3rd day I called and requested to speak to a manager (didn't get to speak to manager by the way) upon the agents return she said to return the item and when they have got it back and inspected it they will send me a replacement. Why didn't the first agent offer this if this was the only solution they could come to? Anyway I have requested a refund and would rather purchase items through another retailer who actually has good customer services in my opinion such as selfridges/sephora. Avoid this company if buying online, all the agents say the same thing....they must follow the process...
