Pretty blooms…
Flowers were beautiful only one complaint was l didn’t receive confirmation email until the next day so I was concerned that they hadn’t been delivered on the correct date

Fantastic service.
From start to finish, everything went so smoothly. All the flower displays are gorgeous. The bouquet I chose was delivered exactly on time as promised. My friend was thrilled with them, and also the add on gift of chocolates. I love the fact that I am helping local florists.

Poor quality bouquet
You discovered that the nearest florist to us had closed. You offered a courier service for my wife's birthday the following day. I was pleased that you managed to recover the situation in that the Post Office delivered the flowers from Aberdeen (we live in the Highlands on the Caithness/Sutherland border). I'm afraid the flowers have deteriorated quickly - I was disappointed.

I chose a basket of flowers for my dad, so he wouldn’t need a vase. He said they were lovely, but I have to take his word for that as I didn’t see the delivered flower arrangement.
