Slow delivery no tracking arrived on rear door step one day as was out hole centre for cosra was 15mm out had 2 make them fit quality was a 4 out off 10
Slow postage, poor quality
Postage was meant to be four days, mine took two weeks to arrive. I bought Deluxe car mats, hoping they would have a thick, plush finish as advertised but they were thin and cheap looking. As other reviews have stated they arrive in a see through plastic bag! Very disappointed with the quality for the price I paid.
I received the mats
I received the mats, though a few days late than expected. I loved the mats, they all fitted nicely. The only downside is their packaging. They were delivered in a transparent polythene bag for the whole world to see. I believe they can do better than that. Also, I’m reading the reviews and if I had read the reviews beforehand, they would have put me off buying from this company. I think they should do something about all these complaints, not ignoring them and leaving very unsatisfied customers who trusted them.
Mats had incorrect hole centres . Quality rubbish
Mats had incorrect hole centres after I advised the company of the sizes in my car . I was given the runaround by a guy named Paul Moss . I gave him countless pictures of the. mats which went on for weeks . In the end.he stopped communicating. This company should be avoided at all costs . Apart from their inability to make correct fitting the quality was rubbish. Avoid this company. I have been conned !
THESE MATS ARE OVERPRICED AND RUBBISH
Mats arrived 10 days late after some chasing, now a late birthday gift!
The De-luxe is thinner and rougher than cheap ones from B&Ms. No hook holes, no fixings supplied, no heel mat and they just wander all over the place.
Been in the car for 6 weeks and the heel section is badly worn.
Just to be clear, they are RUBBISH!!
Several emails to Paul Moss in customer service, I was hoping they had sent me the cheap ones by mistake, but I eventually found out I did have De-luxe!
My advice to any potential customers is DO NOT USE THEM!!
Avoid at all costs
Avoid! I do hope future customers read these reviews before purchasing from this company. I have yet to receive my order and have been given the runaround by "Paul". I can only hope they don't get away with this for much longer.

Ok mats but lousy customer service DO NOT TRUST THEM!
The information on their website is extremely misleading. They are not to be trusted.
If you want car mats pay more at a local store otherwise you are wasting your money BE WARNED ⚠️
Poor quality
Ordered "deluxe" car mats for a Smart ForFour, after chasing they eventually arrived over a week later than the date given. The mats they describe as "premium and thick" are neither, they are coarse and thin. So much so I queried had they sent the correct mats? They checked the delivery note and confirmed they were correct. They will not be going in the car as the budget ones already in are of better quality,
Poor customer Service
Matts arrived promptly, and look and feel good quality, however the fixings are incorrect - double checked my order and what has been supplied is different (pop not hook).
I have emailed multiple times to try exchange and so far had no response in 4 weeks.
Inneccessarily poor customer service.
Great product
I can’t agree with the majority of these reviews! Ordered the ‘rubber pro’ mats and the boot mat and they all fit perfectly. They arrived a few days after they were due to but nothing major. They fit, seem like great quality and were very easy to install
Not Great Service
Bought a set of mats and three off them were okay but the one for the drivers side didn’t fit properly! I queried this and was told “ does appear to be to the correct pattern” …..! Either it was the wrong shape or the holes were in the wrong place but clearly Direct Car Mats didn’t care ….!
Mats sent were wrong colour
Mats sent were wrong colour, I ordered anthracite they have sent black (jet black, no way they are any shade of grey). Cannot get an exchange or refund they have just said there's nothing wrong with the order and are now ignoring me. Should have read the reviews first before using.
I ordered car mats in January for my…
I ordered car mats in January for my son’s birthday. Waited a while for them to come and they were not the ones that fitted. I put in make and model and car reg as asked , there wasn’t the holes even cut for going on the clips. Kept on getting sending emails to paul who says oh yes the factory have made a mistake . I asked can I get replacement ones waited and waited I sent so many emails for him to say it’s with the company director . Excuse me , they just need made to fit my car and sent . Eventually almost 6 weeks later I received my new mats . Suprise Suprise they no way near fit the car . How can a car mat company get it wrong twice and something else replyed asked the reg plate which they know. I’m now being ignored
Poor quality
Poor quality. Wish as many others stated. Had read reviews on this company. Looks like they have been made for a car boot sale. Better quality from the pound shop !
DO NOT buy from this company
DO NOT buy from this company; use Cox Motorparts Instead.
Bought a £75 set of Polo floor mats from these Jokers arrived wrong. The cheeky buggers (Paul Moss) said they cant offer a refund, which we didn't want anyway, all we wanted was the correct product sending. I entered the registration number and followed prompts. The staff then imply you have ordered incorrectly even though its their website prompts you follow. I don't have the time to argue so used Cox Motor Parts who were cheaper, correct and more professional and have someone t check your order before dispatch . ...ONCE again DO NOT USE directcarmats... no wonder they have such poor trust pilot & google ratings. £75 down the drain
Would not buy from this company,
Would not buy from this company,
I ordered basic car mats with pink trim that I paid extra for, the pink trim that was advertised on the website looked to be a bright hot pink which is exactly what I was going for! However upon arrival they are purple. I tried contacting the company on numerous occasions asking how they could fix this or how I can get a refund, I’ve had one response since Christmas stating that they don’t sell purple trims so what I have received is correct, they also said because the product has been “personalised” they will not be offering me a refund. These mats cost £30 after shipping so I am pretty appalled at the product and the lack of customer service. I DO NOT recommend this company at all.
Poor Quality
Wish I had read these reviews before I bought my mats.
Poor quality, really thin and had to pull them tight to fit on the floor holders which makes them look wonky. The fixings supplied don't click together either. Also took weeks to arrive. Rubbish!!
What can I possibly say?
I had hoped to be able to write a positive review about this company but sadly that is not to be. For a start they do not seem to have a handle on where or when their orders will be despatched, I received an email on 17th December stating your order is on it's wayand giving me an Evri tracking number. The next two days the Evri site stated we are expecting it, I emailed on 19th and received a reply from Paul Moss, who seems to be the only contact at this company, with all manner of excuses about the delay finally stating that the mats were due to be despatched on Friday 20th. The mats actually arrived on Friday 20th with an Evri Next Day sticker on them!
The mats, I ordered Prestige mats for about £49.00 supposedly reduced from around £65.00 well I'm certainly glad I didn't pay £65.00 and I now regret having paid as much as £49.00 for mats that as other buyers have said you can pickup for probably £12.00 or so on a market - the quality is extremely poor and I doubt they will last a year.
I did consider returning them as not fit for purpose but when one looks at the numerous get out clauses in the refund policy the actual chances of getting a refund are very slim indeed.
I am not quite sure how poor the £19.99 mats must be but judging from the quality of the so called Prestige mats I guess it must be pretty awful, quite as to how this company can claim to be the UK's leading car mat supplier is beyond belief and like others I have learnt to my cost just how bad their Premium Quality mats really are.
Best advice do not invest your money in this company in the hope that you will get a Premium or Prestige product - you won't!
Note to Paul Moss - Oxford dictionary definition of Prestige - denoting something that arouses respect or admiration. Definitely not applicable to Directcarmat.com's Prestige mats.

Received my rubber mats yesterday, they fit perfectly, was kept informed during the manufacturing process, overall very happy with the finished product and service from direct car mats*****

Very poor company with no concept of customer service.
I received incorrect fitting mats even though the company's website showed photos of specific mats allegedly designed for my vehicle. In spite of sending photo evidence of the issue I was told no refund would be available.
