Ordered some oil, it came promptly, no fuss. What do these review people expect me to say?

i ordered on line, had an instant confirmation email, then another the next morning to say the quantity of parts that I had ordered wasn't available from stock, but a substitute was available which would be supplied at the same price.

Looked around for ages to find similar product, found it here, nice easy purchase, with good communication, Fast delivery too, would recommend buying from Direct Car Parts.

Not all their parts are the cheapest
but seem a reliable comany you can trust.
The parts delivered were as described and look good.
(i hate the anticipation of ebay, not knowing if you will ever get your ityem and if it will be as described)
The only dissapointment was postage
I was spending over £50 there was not any free postage
Additionally it took 10 day to deliver
To be fair the automated email said it would take 10 days
However this is the kind of service i expect with free postage
When im being charges £7 I dont think it unseasonable to expect my orders within at least 2 days.
This is the reason they do not get 5 stars.

As a first time customer with all the problems of sorting out specifications for consumables for a new car I found it was no problem for DCP and I am very happy with their service, glad they exist.

good service and reasonable postage costs to Northern Ireland

Had never heard of DCP but decided to give them a try because of their easy to use web site. Delivery was promised within five working days but item actually arrived safe and sound within two days of ordering.
50p dearer than Amazon but didn't want to support their bid for world domination.

I orderd wheel spacers for my tralier, but when i went to fit them, the studs were to short, i re orderd studs next day and recvied a quick response.

The part ordered arrived a week earlier than promised, in good condition, and exactly matching its description. It is now in place on my car, resulting in a much improved appearance. Thank you very much indeed.

we bought a bumper protector for each car, a Jazz and a Prius so that our dogs claws wouldn't damage paintwork. These are excellent and I will get one for every future car.
