Very professionally installed and addressed special adjustments when asked to do so. We had both wood flooring and carpeting installed. I highly recommend Direct Carpet One Floor and Home.

Carpet
Very good customer service, great workmanship and extra special sales persons. The only complaint is that when they installed the carpet, the wall got a little scraped up so we will need to repaint over some areas. No biggie, just thought I'd share that. Everything else was perfect. Thanks again.

New wood flooring and carpet
Outstanding experience with Direct Carpet and Frank Wolski. We purchased a condo and replaced nearly all of the flooring with wood and carpet in 2 rooms. The entire process was a pleasure. Frank was with us every step of the way. We were delighted with the pricing and the installer Matt did an outstanding job. Everything was done according to plan and promise. We are delighted with our new floors and plan to work with DCO again when we tile our deck. Recommend this company and their staff without reservations.

Great Service and Product Selection
This is our second experience in 7 years with this store, and sales team. The installer, Jose (who is excellent), and his team mate did a great job with the first phase install of our 2017 projects.- Jose was the lead installer for our first home project 7 years ago-Love that!
We have a complicated 2017 project, in that there are two re-model segments that span from spring to fall. The sales team made it easy to take advantage of product purchase incentives, as well as meet our needs around contractor and other timing deadlines. DirectCarpet One also agreed to store the carpet for the final phase-no problem. Dave and Frank, in the showroom, are knowledgeable and great to work with!

Carpet One is the best!
Carpet One was extremely professional in all dealings with myself and spouse. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were please with every phase of their service. I have already recommended them to family and friends and will use them again next year when we redo our master bedroom carpet.
