Sorrento to Positano ferry July 7/26
The scenery from the ferry from Sorrento to Positano was incredible! Easy to board and disembark, be advised it's a lot of steep stairs from the street down to the dock so the elderly or handicapped would need transportation to get down there. The only issue that could use an upgrade is having to go to the ticket booth before you board and show them your email to get a paper QR code, in this day & age you should be able to use a QR code on your phone, also the return ferry stopped at isle of Capri which I didn't mind, just more scenery to take in, just be aware that it may not go directly back to Sorrento

Online Check in was not completed…
Online Check in was not completed successfully, gate number was not made visible un the confirmation email and we didn’t get the e tickets on our email. We had to ask the staff for our seat numbers etc. very bad experience. Will not use this website again to Book.

Bought flexi tecket paid much more while said no amendmet fee just fare difference but not true 5 times needed change and all times they charged extra and said ferri company asks like they are there just to collect money while from them terms saying something else AVOID AVOID book directly from ferris company

However, if the new sailing or travel option selected has a higher fare than the original ticket, the difference in ticket price must still be paid.
