i paid for 80% to be refunded and i think only half will be refunded
it has not even been 8 hours since i have booked. i only cancelled because i did not realize that it is 2 hrs away from my accomodation and with 2 kids under 10 it is too hard to go to oslo this way

Other than get my booking wrong. Changes were wrong. Amendments/changes are impossible and you can never speak to anyone in customer service directly

Annoys me that I can't get ferry routes displayed on a map, which would help me choose my route options, and that I can't get a simple summary of how costs change with date. Direct ferries could learn from the airlines on how to present travel options.
