Booked online for albania to italy, very easy to pick up ticket. Booked flex ticket before that was easy to cancel. Actual ferry was appalling but don't think that was direct ferries fault lol

We would like to inform you that with the shipping company Liberty Lines it is not possible to add luggage either online or through our customer service, so the company asks customers to pay the extra for the luggage directly at their ticket office and the price is about 2.20 € per suitcase.

incorrect booking times. I was supposed to leave at 11.15am, then I got a message that I was going to leave at 10am, only to find out the night before the boat would be at 7am. I found out by accident, through the call center that I called because the online check was not going. bad service

WORST BOOKING SERVICE EVER
Their services are joke. Receiving confirmation of booking within 48 hours? Really? What if I have to travel 50 hours later? This delay should be written in CAPITAL letters as an "Important note" on the booking webpage.
To add to that, the call center does not work at all and always sends you back to the website. The icing on cake? You can't even cancel your booking before it is confirmed.
Worst service ever, never heard of having to wait that long for a confirmation of booking/reservation.

For certain route, we are not able to have a confirmation of the booking immediately, but we need to go throw a procedure before be able to confirm the booking. this operation can take some time. When you try to place a booking to close to the departure, we do our best and sometimes we are not able to confirm the booking because the operator does not give us an answer. If you wish to contact us privatly we can discuss this in more details, and understand what went wrong. Thank you

Worst service possible
I booked the ferry from ibiza to formentera and i had to stay in line and pay 5 more euros to print out the ticket ( i already printed the documents from directferries)
So at the end i spent more than anyone else on that boat.
