Why do I have to make a phone call every year?.My automatic renewal price from yourselves was £130 more expensive than an online quote from yourselves- I have been a customer for 10+ years,can you not quote me the best rate at the start

I only needed to update my financial…
I only needed to update my financial details after issue of a new debit card. It took me hours because the web page got the the change of details and just froe. Again and again. I finally contacted a person by phone. Again a very difficult exercise. This happened a couple of weeks ago.

I had a really good experience with Direct Line from the start. Arranging my insurance was easy and when I needed to add my son (a US resident) to my policy this was achieved quickly at a very low cost. Prices are very competitive and, following a claim matters were handled and repairs concluded speedily and efficiently.
