Average marks

Average marks, spoke on the phone to check details after renewal quote. As with most calls to “help” lines a bit tortuous with bot and even when you finally reach a human. Price paid for renewal of insurance was similar to multiple quotes received.

Direct Line Pet insurance - ridiculous increase as getting older

I have had pet insurance with Direct Line for the lifetime of my dog who is now 9. Insurance quote has increased exponentially despite no claims. Feels like they are happy to insure when young but price themselves incredibly high to put off continuing to insure.

Fast and very straight forward

Fast and very straight forward. A long time since I've used them. Price was 45% less than other quotes and better cover.
