Brilliant after care service
Bought my lens and frame about 2 years ago. broke my frames yesterday, day before going on holiday. Went back to direct specs in Stafford. They had the same frames on shelf. Ash was brilliant, he swapped lenses into new frames , there and then. Perfect service , one very happy customer.

Took much longer than anticipated, around 2 weeks! Not sure what the delay was. Communication very poor.

Unfortunately we had to replace a frame whilst processing your order which delayed turnaround, however your glasses were still ready for collection at our Stafford branch within the 10 working days we advise. Though your email regarding your order was sent after working hours, we promptly replied to your husband's enquiry the following morning and explained that we had queried the issue with our glazing team and that your order would be available for collection the following day. Again, thank you for your feedback.

A great service from Ellie at Stafford
A great service from Ellie.
Two pairs of varifocals with prisms and one pair of reading glasses.
Ellie's manual measurements were spot on and I was much happier with the results than my last set that I bought from the famous two-for-one high street vendor. The Kodak lenses I opted for are great too.
