Easy to use app to scan discs etc and easy to delete individual items if you scan something in error. Collection was easy to organise however there is no option for collection from a different address, I would have preferred for my box to be collected from work or take it to a click and collect point. Very swift payment with no deductions.

This is a very good way to dispose of all those DVDs and CDs and get a few pounds for your effort. Very easy to do and pick-up of your package and the arrival of the cheque is hassle free.

I was looking to sale part of my CD collection and came across DiscFlipper.com and never looked back. I sold over 100 music CD's and the price was right, and my cheque arrived 2 days ago. what I like about this company is that if you have over 50 cd's to sale DiscFlippe wil snd a courier service to pick them up, other companies tell you to take them to the post office with a pre-paid postage or take to an outlet for collection. These companies cannot beat this company and I will be using them again shortly. Thank You Disc Flipper

I sent my items a week past Monday and I received the cash direct into my back this Wednesday.
With Christmas coming up, they emailed and asked if I would prefer the cash direct into my account or just send cheque.
I have no problems recommending DiscFlipper and I will be sending more very soon

The Disc Flipper app is quick and easy to use, and offered me an instant price on my cds and dvds.
They couldn't have made it any easier to access some money that was just sitting on my shelf...

The interface for adding your titles on the website works well, and is even quicker if you download the free mobile app to simply scan the barcodes. The only negative aspect of the service is that it is not clear how to send items if you have fewer than the 25 required for free courier collection. It says just send them for free in the post, but the address is not a freepost address. When I tried to send a box of around 20 at the local post office, they said it would cost over £10, over double the value of the contents. This needs to be clarified on the website.

I had to double check that i had done all i needed to when using the app for the 1st time, it all seemed too simple but i had not missed anything, it WAS that simple to sell my cd's and dvd's :)

Collection from the company was fast an efficient on the day stated. Following an issue with payments I gave a negative review. I have been contacted by the Directors of the company and they have been very quick in responding to my issue and have taken steps to resolve it.

They are addressing the cause of the issue so that it does not happen again. So in response I have changed my review as they have done all they can to insure that I am a happy customer.

I would use the service again.

The system works fine, with the free collection etc. The only bug bear was the price offered for the discs. Too low

Sold loads with very little return. It did save me the hassle of car booting which would have taken longer and no doubt I'd still have some left over. With a house move immanent I didn't want to cart loads of unwanted stuff with me. They are efficient and the experience was OK. To get rid of stuff quick they are the best option better than land fill anyway.

Pack up your items slap on the label and off they go.
Next thing you know the cheque is laying behind your front door.what more can you ask for. Well done discflipper.
