really impressed by the discounted ticket prices and also patient support to help me download them. as a pensioner I'm not very good with computers so very happy to get quick replies.

Scam website!!!! I bought tickets for a london river cruise with dinner for my partners birthday. Was supposed to receive the email within 30 minutes, nothing received. Could not download the tickets on the website as they were still unavailable the following day. No contact number and no response to my emails. So they took the money and never sent tickets!

Purchased 5 expensive theatre tickets for a showing of back to the future in October. However, when I received the tickets they were for September!

Would have thought it was my mistake but my wife was sitting next to me and witnessed the whole thing.

I emailed but ended up chasing their parent company as there was no response. They did resolve the issue after a few weeks but basically took the opportunity to charge much more money, blamed me and made out they were doing me some kind of favour.

In future I will always buy direct from the box office. After looking into this I discovered you also lose the credit card buyer protection when buying tickets through an agent!
Buyer beware.

I bought tickets for the London Eye and Tower Bridge for 4 adults and 2 children. After reading the reviews on Trust Pilot I became stressed, the tickets beeing purchased for the next day.. I received the tickets, but I was still not relaxed, because I had read that the tickets were not ok...however , yesterday I was able to visit the London Eye and Tower Bridge without any problem!❤️

Scam. Please do not book with this company. I didn't receive tickets. When you call they give you an alternative email address and ask you to send photo ID to verify your tickets!!!! I had to call my bank to get my money back.

I purchased tickets on 4th July to visit Madam Tussauds with family on 6th July. At the venue and they do not recognise the company and so can not help regarding tickets. Payment was made in full. Tries calling the Company only to find out there is an automated message and no one speaks to you but you need to send them an email and they will endeavour to respond as quick as possible. We were to enter at 9am and appalling service, but quick to take money. The whole day was planned and so far been ruined by Discount London, best to buy tickets elsewhere or from the venue direct.

Great site for tickets we got a great deal we done tower of london and tower bridge experience tickets came next day after ordering. Responded to a email same day wasent a problem regarding this site will definitely use again x

No access althoug paid. Can‘t recommend.

voucher for entry to Hampton Court given as a present. Instruction on voucher to redeem state an email address. Absolutely no response from 2 emails. Tried to call the number on the discount London website - ansaphone message advising to use different email. Still no response.
So just how does the voucher get redeeemed? Especially when trying to plan a weekend in London around the date.
Terrible service. Will never use again.

Despite providing a time and date for visit, still no further response.

Found the Discount London site via Google and saw that certain time slots on the date I wanted were almost half the face value advance ticket price. Decided to book and the email with ticket link and pdf came through within 10 minutes, quicker than the 30 mins specified.
On the day we joined Queue A at the time booked. The queue was huge but moved pretty quickly. London eye was awesome and no issues at all. Highly recommended and same with Discount-London who I will certainly book with again! We saved a huge amount.
Having seen the negative reviews here would have made me think twice but we had no issues.

WOW!!! NEVER use this company if you want to get ripped off!!! They were quick to get your money but not to send the vouchers.
SO MONEY PAID = FOR NO EXPERIENCE!!!
They apparently are suppose to either send you an email with vouchers or a link to download vouchers. Yes, I received an email with a download link, but the link was broken and they do not accept responsibility for that.... so I paid for tickets I never received and missed out on an experience I was looking forward to.
Do yourself a favour and don't use scammers like Discount London!

I have booked my tickets on 20 November 2021 and trying to contact someone for a refund no one is answering their calls and no one has responded to me via email I have still not received my e-ticket either. Please can someone contact me.

I have my tickets from 2019 and January 2021 phones don’t work numerous emails to rebook and no reply can’t get my money back 7tickets in total gone down the drain .it was cancelled due to covid now nothing from discount london absolutely rip off.

It was a fabulous experience, let down by the fact that the Discount London website claimed that soft drinks for the children were included, this was not the case and we were asked to pay for any soft drinks we ordered !!! It was only tea/coffee included

Saved us last minute when our planned day fell through, didn't have any issues and customer service were helpful. Will use these again next time we come to London.

Worst experience ever. Big bus voucher invalid, so had 5 kids walking around London aimlessly. Then didn’t realize they had sent Tower of London twice instead of London eye, which they refused to replace leaving me to pay another 150 fir the trip. Honestly the worst service I have ever dealt with in 43 years and just happy this was a test run before we start bringing large groups to England... will never use them ever again... shambolic
