Ordered ac compressor2 weeks before xmas arrived in 4 business days from America to Australia, couldn't believe how quickly it came. Fitted perfectly been working for over 12 months. Would highly recommend. They actually sent the part without clear funds in their account, issue with my bank which of course we fixed up after they contacted us to let us know that they hadn't been paid.

I placed an order to only find out a week later there was a mix up for the reason I had not received it. They told me they would FedEx for the next day only to find out three days later that it still had not been shipped. I requested a refund after waiting almost two weeks.

I was able to get all the parts I needed for the job in one place. This was a great option for me and I was able to get the parts installed quite well and in a quick fashion since all the local parts stores were sold out. As I said, this was the place for me and my project! Thanks!!

I have a 1996 Lincoln Mark viii that since I bought the car 8 years ago the AC has never worked.
Discount AC parts sold me a complete kit that fit perfectly. Thank you discount AC parts. My air conditioning now works wonderfully and this past summer for the first time since I've owned my Mark viii I was able to drive in comfort with the windows up.

Ordered an A/C condenser with them in June 2019. We received the part that looked like a forklift had driven over it as there were tire marks all over the box and the box was destroyed - completely unusable. Attempted to call customer service to issue a return and hold times were over 2+ hours and I had called right whenever the line opened. Due to being at work and not having the time to wait, I attempted to issue a return request online. Request was submitted on July 2nd. I hadn't heard anything from them on July 9th, so I emailed to find that there was no return request on my account and to resubmit. I had to email them again on July 17th explaining that I still hadn't received a return label and wanted to do a return instead of the exchange that I had received auto messages for. I had to threaten to submit a chargeback on my credit card as they drew out the return process for over two weeks when I just wanted a shipping label to send back the defective part they sent me (I also had to pay for that shipping label). I didn't receive the refund until August timeframe.

Only submitting this review as I had received an email October 23, 2020, asking to leave them a review. Customer service may be better now.

Excellent product and pricing and if u got the time to wait or can make do. My part, once shipped was here in like 2-3 days.

When my wife’s a/c went out, I checked prices at my local auto parts store for ac compressor and they were way too high. I went online found Discount AC parts and many others, but Discount Ac had what I needed for less. And now she’s happy and 😎.

In 2019 I ordered an AC compressor for a car I owned. I let winter pass and decided it was time to install, turns out I ordered the wrong compressor. I sent compressor back, and was notified the warranty period had passed so they gave store credit. In August 2020, I needed some ac parts for my chevy pickup. They honored the credit and got my drier and condensor new sent to me. Awesome.

Worst online shopping experience/shopping experience I have ever had. This place has ZERO customer service. They are rude and incompetent. They operate on a take the customers money and run mentality. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this miserable excuse for a parts company.
