Went to Cardiff DPC on 17th January, the staff were uninterested and didn’t seem to want to help, I had to ask them to show me how to fold prams and how things worked and felt I was disturbing them, fast forward to 24th Jan where I decided to travel to the Cwmbran DPC store where I had a complete different experience. Louise was incredibly helpful! Secured my dream pram and the process was seamless, Louise was very thorough and attentive showing us all the features of the pram, didn’t put pressure on us and was genuinely invested in helping. highly recommend Cwmbran store!

We have bought a pram off you first where the staff in cwmbran store was very helpful and friendly and polite then we went to have a 4d scan at the Nelson store where they were also polite we bought a 360 swivel base for the car seat and the girl that did the scan was very friendly and patient x

Friendly helpful and can't do enough to help with anything you ask plus show how to put together and fold away good knowledge of products this is our second visit yo buy as we have bought for our son and daughter in law last year and had our beautiful granddaughter and know we have bought it our daughter which she's pregnant would definitely recommend as got a good selection of stuff from strollers car seat bedding for infants clothes for baby's and plus much more good to support local

Wonderful experience at the Cross Hands location. Dawn was super helpful and thorough. Was extremely patient with us and was a big help.

Everyone was really friendly and were on hand to answer lots of questions and give advice.

Visited DPC few weeks before our baby was arriving looked around ladies were all brilliant and really helpful. I asked them so many questions and I found them really helpful and easy going. Went in a day before the arrival of our baby and they sorted us out within 30 minutes worked out with a pram car seat and big smiles. Brilliant service thanks you all 5stars

We’ve bought both a pram set and then separately the isofix base, staff were fantastic and even though there were several months between the purchases remembered and found the original sale to double check the correct base was ordered. We had the free 3d scan also with the pram and baba wasn’t cooperating and this was no issue and staff were fab to ensure we got amazing pictures.

A nice range of prams in the Nelson store but not too many that it’s overwhelming. Staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I have a physical disability and was so happy with the staffs understanding and patience when I was attempting every button/latch on every car seat, pram, and accessory to make sure it was suitable

We've visited the Cwmbran store a few times lately. Louise and the girls have been exceptional. Very professional and gave us solid advice. Incredibly grateful for their help. Thank you!

We had a friend call in ahead of our visit as we travelled from Weston to look at double prams. The ladies set up several options for us to explore. We could walk them, change configuration, fold them & the staff were experts in their fields. Giving practical advice on each brand. Very friendly, no pressure & a far better shopping experience than John Lewis or Smyths just due to the choice & pace in which we could browse. Highly recommend a visit. Lovely other baby items too. Thank you ladies!

Staff were really friendly and knowledgeable about the item we were purchasing. They were on hand to show us how to dismantle and set up the pram and were able to answer any further questions we had - highly recommend!

Very knowledgeable and helpful. We bought a lovely lightweight stroller there today . The assistant took us straight to this stroller after we explained what we needed.

I felt so overwhelmed before visiting the store. Louise and the girls on shift when we visited were just amazing! As a result we have chosen a beautiful Venicci pram - thank you so much!

Very happy with the service we received today buying our first pram for our first baby. Both ladies explained everything in depth and very happy with the purchase. Didn’t feel bombarded after walking in, gave enough time for us to browse but reassured given if any doubt to ask for help
