Absolutely wonderful, the girls were incredible had so much patience and time. Nothing was to much effort.
I would most certainly refer a friend to go there. Highly recommend.. they would have literally put the pram up and down a million times if I’d ask just to help me in making the right decision.

Carys from Crosshands Store very helpful & patient. I’m a first time mum Carys showed me all the prams how they work & even took them to my car to see how they fit into my boot.
We have also compared prices online for the complete bundle we purchased and saved a lot of money through Discount Pram Centre.

Carys was so helpful and patient as the choice can be a bit overwhelming. Her product knowledge was great which really helped us make a decision. She carried the prams to my car to check it fits in the boot too, which was a lovely touch you wouldn’t get if you ordered online. Great selection available and ideal to get a sense of what’s best for you.

The girls in the shop really helped us, they showed us what they had in stock and could take away that day, we managed to get the pram we wanted and they showed us how to use it including the car accessories. Great service.

My gosh, I mean, the staff couldn't do enough for us! We are first time parents to be and they made the experience great! Answered all our questions.. didn't make us feel silly for our questions.. just brilliant.

The sales assistant at the store was very helpful, she showed us exactly how the pram was assembled and disassembled.

All our questions were answered and the lady working there was patient and informative letting us know what parts of the buggy to be used initially, and then later on, as first time parents we did not know.

As first time parents, buying a pram felt like it would be an overwhelming task. We spoke to a few friends who recommended discount pram centre. As we live in Bristol, we travelled to the Newport store. We were able to try out all the prams and get a feel for which ones we liked. The two ladies who were working there on Saturday were so helpful. We narrowed it down to two pram bundles and we were given a demonstration on both, including really honest view on them which I really liked as we are complete beginners. We opted for the oyster 3 bundle but the store didn’t have it on display in a particular colour we liked the look of. They called the Cardiff store for us to check if they had it there on display, so with that we went to Cardiff to see it, loved it and bought it to be delivered to Newport. Both stores were very helpful, friendly and honest. We both left very happy and satisfied and would recommend to anyone. I also love that we don’t have to pick it up straight away and could chose what month we would like to pick up our purchase. They also allow you to do payment plan so you can pay a deposit and pay instalments. We opted to pay half on the day and half nearer the time. Thank you to the staff at both stores, you were very helpful and kind.

The staff were friendly, and very approachable. They took the time to show how the pram came apart and put the different parts together and how to fold it down. Answered any questions I had . I would recommend discount pram centre in cross hands

Lady in Cwmbran store was so helpful, gave us lots of information on different prams. Had the patience of a saint. Also staff when we returned to buy was so helpful. Great customer service

We visited twice, once on 22/10/23 and again on 11/11/23. The staff were so helpful! They showed us how to fold and unfold the pram, helped us give it a go ourselves, talked us through the pricing and colour options but didn’t put any pressure on us to make a decision. They encouraged us to spend time looking at the pram together and testing it out. They were quick to attend to us but equally didn’t rush anything and answered our many questions truthfully and confidently. The prices are far cheaper than the big brands and the November sale knocked even more off! The staff in October even gave us the heads up on the sale before we left. Overall, a lovely experience for us as first time parents and I will recommend the Cardiff store to others

First baby and I didn’t know what questions to ask or what to be looking out for but the staff walked me through everything and answered questions I wouldn’t even think to ask. Ended up choosing a gorgeous pram and I can’t wait to pick it up in march:)
