Really helpful staff, was able to demonstrate how the pram I had chosen folded, how to assemble it, colour options and was able to show me how the swivel isofix base worked and the weight of the car seat.
I came out of the shop today feeling really confident I had chosen the right pram. Thank you!

Very warm welcome to the store. Only popped in to see the pram that we were pretty certain we wanted but ended up paying a deposit and ordering the pram after the assistant (wish I caught her name) was very helpful and gave us a thorough detailed account of the pram and the number of different bundles we could use. She also went into great detail regarding safety features of both the pram and the range of car seats which enabled us to make the best decision for our baby.
We went for the Egg2 in Hunter Green and were shown every aspect of the pram including how to dismantle and how to attach all the different parts of the pram.
Once we made the decision to purchase we were taken to the till where we filled in the paper work and paid. We were also talked through any extras we wanted and shown the full contents of the bundle (including carry cot sheets, blanket and rain covers)
I cannot thank DPC and of course the sales assistant enough for all their help today and making buying a pram so easy.
There is such a great variety of prams and bundles to suit everyone’s budget. Great payment option plans too.

Very helpful ladies and gave us lots of information on the pram. Can also have the pram delivered a month before due date which is great and can pay off the pram monthly which is even better.

The selection was great with nice range of products at great prices. Most importantly the staff were brilliant, they knew each of the products well and genuinely listened to us, taking what we were saying into consideration when making recommendations. When we decided on our purchase they showed us how it worked and let us have a go in store to make sure we were comfortable with our selection. They were also keen to ensure that both my husband, who is much taller than myself, and I could use the pram with ease.

Lisa was amazing we were panicking on finding the right double pram which had all the parts that we needed for a newborn and a toddler, not only did she show me the bundle and check it on computer to make sure it had everything but she took the pram apart so I could see how it went in the car and put the different parts onto the pram that she had in store so I could see, definitely a 5* service both girls in store were so friendly

Loved the free 4D scan -they were excellent. Friendly and helpful and responsive.
Able to ask for help when choosing a pram and didn't feel rushed or pressured. Whole process of choosing and collecting pram was very smooth and easy.
Could have done with a bit more coaching in how to fold the pram down.

Products are lovely. Lots of choice. Staff in shop are knowledge.
However, Information agreed over the telephone was different to actual order. No reply to my email query to check this and therefore cost more than originally paid.

When I arrived at the Cwmbran pram centre the ladies were very friendly and helpful .They gave me loads of information.They showed me loads of prams which were beautiful by the way.I couldn't fault there service at all. I found a pram which was in my budget. The pram centre in cwmbran are brilliant .x

Staff were lovely and really helpful. Left us alone to take a look and we're happy to show us the pram, how to fold it down and put on the different attachments etc.

Went to the Cwmbran store, the lady who helped us was absolutely amazing! Her knowledge was second to none. Very informative and helpful. Showed us how the pram worked the lot. Highly recommend after visiting another pram shop and they was useless. I was very impressed!

We ordered a pram in August, paid the balance in September on the pretence that the product would arrive between early and mid October. When calling today to get an update we were informed that we won’t get it until November, with no definite or even rough estimated date given to us. This means we could be at the 36 week point with no pram or car seat. I appreciate if you work in sales that you objective is to sell, but be honest. If you’re liable to trouble with shipping issues as you get your orders from Asia then make that very clear to the customer. We’re now left not knowing if we will have a pram in time. Upon paying the deposit the product should have been ordered, right? So how can it take over three months to arrive. The only reason it’s not a 1 star review is because the staff were polite and have been helpful. But at what point were they going to tell us the product wasn’t coming this month if we didn’t call?

We went in expecting to just have a look and get some ideas and came away having put a deposit down! Such great choice, brilliant summer deals and the staff were amazing. Very knowledgeable and spent a long time demonstrating and answering questions. Couldn’t have asked for more. We even got a 4D scan with our pram

The shop assistant, Lisa, was so knowledgeable and really took the time to help us find the right pram. She went above and behold and ultimately led to us being very happy with our purchase.
