Discount RV owners, Barney and Tori Kelly are a great husband and wife team. I have been going to Discount RV for many years. I started with them when they were in Lakeside, CA, and have continued using them now that they have relocated to Ramona, CA, my home town. I bought my first 5th wheel from Barney, and before I left the lot, he handed me a roll of white duck tape and told me to keep it handy, that I would need it at some point, And, I did. Barney and Tori are honest, reliable, and after my most recent experience, I felt compelled to share my experience. From the moment I arrived, everyone treated me with kindness and respect, as they always do. They answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Barney always has a genuine desire to help me, rather than simply selling me services I don't need. As an RV owner, it is reassuring to know there is a mechanic I can trust. The work is always completed professionally, and on time, exactly as promised. The staff's knowledge and customer service are always exceptional. I always leave feeling confident and grateful, that my RV is in top mechanical shape, and that my next RV trip will be uneventful.
