When you pay a subscription you expect a service unfortunately this is NOT what you get with Discovery plus.
Fraudulent to say you can watch all tennis matches here! You can’t. And even if you do start watching a game it stops airing before the game has ended. Hope tennis moves away from discovery before it is ruined.

I paid through Amazon Prime Video.
Today, on Australian Open, watching long tennis match(Andy Murray) halfway through the match I get a banner saying the match has ended, but it is only half way through.
How can they do that. I’ve spent 2 hours watching but won’t now see the end. Hopeless.

I can only add to the poor 1 star reviews of AO coverage. The app doesn't seem to give you the option to 'watch live' or ' watch from start' as Prime does. Or if it does, navigation is unclear??
So I have to wait for a 4 or 5 hour match to finish so I can watch the whole replay - very very poor service. Have asked husband to let me know when it's finished. Won't use any other social media in case scores are revealed!
Hope Discovery+ resolve all the issues quickly as these reviews are doing nothing to promote their service / app.

Paid for the add on subscription on Amazon Prime specifically for watching the Australian Open; very difficult to navigate through the various live matches and twice I've been cut off in the middle of a live match...just now watching Murray vs Kokkinakis which was turning out to be quite a thriller of a match but streaming ended in the middle of the 4th set! What's going on? It was the same last year so maybe I'll have to buy a physical ticket and head off to Oz✈🤔

Very difficult to navigate, specific matches very hard to find. No commentary on some matches. Doesn’t come close to tennis coverage by AmazonPrime video.
Expect much better for a top tournament.

Trying to watch the Australian Open tennis, what a disappontment. They just ended coverage of a live match at 5 all in the fifth set! Terrible!! And then it was not available as a replay at all. What is going on?!

Paid up for Australian open tennis coverage. Impossible to watch individual matches because links either start on someone else's match and end half way through the match I want to see or the matches are just not available to see at all.

Dreadful coverage so far.

This is very poor coverage. I put the matches I wanted to watch in my watch list as I cannot stay up and watch live in the middle of the night. When I went to replay two were the wrong match with a snippet of the one I wanted to watch right at the end and no follow up and one was not even tennis - it was skiing!

I bought sub for AO tennis, but you have hidden all the replays of qualifying so the only way to watch anything is live. At 4am - you gotta be joking.

Someone at Discovery+ needs to check out how Prime cover the tennis with clear boxes showing each match, and, if its ended, with the ability to watch a reply.

What do you do? You show live upcoming matches at 1am, 2am, 3am and no detail of the match nor how to watch a reply. IT IS CRAZY.

It was like that in 2022 too. A TOTAL waste of money. Bunch of amateurs - your web designers AND your programme organisers.

Talk about an app that needs work this is awful and to think I’ve paid for a subscription for a year. Seriously disappointed discovery needs to sort this crap out!!!!!

Fake chapters, the misleading title has a theme and after 45 min it only has to do with the 10min title, everything else is filler for another chapter. shameful

I don't think it's fair that they do not update the shows that are on food Network when you pay for this station and you don't get the content then why bother having this station. All the shows like Bobby flay guys grocery games and actually every show is behind like way behind the shows that are on food Network so I'm just going to say beware beware beware beware beware beware before you purchase this stupid station

They billed me then the next day they say my account is inactive I get a hold of them and they say there's nothing they can do it almost seems like they are running a scam or something

Absolutely terrible. The only paid streaming service I have trouble with. Constantly buffering. Not worth the money.

Waste of money, I have over 1 GB speed in my home but this app constantly buffers. Horrible quality app.

I tried to watch demon house starring the cast from ghost adventures and when I clicked on it I had to purchase a pass so I did and still couldn’t watch it?! So I contacted their so called customer support who asked me to check various things like IOS version etc etc and I did and then to log out and back in so I did and at which point the demon house programme had disappeared! So I contacted them again and they sent me a link via email to a rubbish paranormal episode titled demon house and not the one I originally wanted, they’ve robbed me of money and I’ve requested that they refund it asap and close my account as I don’t want to do business with this shoddy outfit anymore

Repeatedly stopped throughout several programs. It did not do this when I first purchased the app. This is so annoying and I doubt now that it is worth the price they charge!!!
