The series on the Trump family is crap! All you did was bash them! He’s currently not even the president and you’re still talking crap! He’s done more for this country then crappy Biden, whose been in office 50 years! That’s the point of Trump people, he’s not in it for the money like the slimy ass politicians in office forever! He wants to help the country not run it into the ground and have China take over which is EXACTLY what is happening!!! OPEN YOUR EYEBALLS!!!

The tour of Switzerland is so disappointing. The video keeps cutting out. Stop starts. This used to happen quite a lot on Eurosports back in the old days. Sort it out for the Tour please

I found guys grocery games on discovery plus all season 1 to 29. Don’t normally do this but subscribed and watched the show for about a week. On the 8 th day they had taken away all but 4 seasons to watch free with subscription. I really believe they were monitoring my viewing and saw I watched it a lot and thought I’d keep watching it even if I had to pay 3.99 per episode. Now I can’t get to talk to a real person only virtual assistance. I think companies found out how much they were saving on not having real people talk to customers during Covid and now they won’t go back.

No commentary on major tennis matches. Unbelievably poor service. No way of getting through to them either. I've cancelled my subscription as navigating the tennis event is poor at best. Half the time saying 'live' and when you click on it's just a video on repeat of cycling, skiing and motor racing to the same soundtrack. Truly dreadful service. They should be ashamed.

NO one in our family has a membership!!! I have tried to get in touch with them, but they do not retur mails!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Keeps freezing and going off since adverts were added recently. Impossible to watch a programme without it freezing. I'm getting the app free for a year but I won't be subscribing. It ruins my viewing. Can't talk to anyone as all I get is a robot repeating itself. Very poor service.

Why is it that I cannot watch anything without it freezing to the point where I need to turn the whole TV off for a few minutes just to back out of it? This is an ongoing issue that's been happening for weeks now. You think you would have fixed it by now! There are some great TV shows on there that I want to watch but I think I'm going to have to cancel my subscription. It's just not worth the freezing every time you want to watch something. And it freezes the entire TV, nothing works! 😡

No customer service whatsoever, part of my Sky subscription but simply impossible to log in, Robot useless and live chat is very poor indeed.
Will not be renewing any subscriptions.

Like so many others, I struggle to understand what service Amazon, Discovery + and Eurosport thought they were providing. It certainly wasn't coverage of the AO tennis. Amazon should cut ties with Discovery+ as they are destroying its reputation.

Indescribably poor service to UK customers as regards the Australian Open coverage when using the Discovery+ Sport add-on for Amazon Prime Video, which gives access to Eurosport's coverage. I object to being forced to give it one star. No replays available and advertising squeezed into every opportunity between games to ruin enjoyment of watching few live matches on offer on Eurosport 1 or 2. Not interested in a generic reply saying to contact their help dept. This is a systemic failure to provide a decent framework of coverage, not a user problem - just look at all the hundreds of angry comments to prove this. They have signed a 5 year deal with Roland Garros so gawd help us. They should look to US Open coverage via Amazon Prime last year to see how it should be done.

Tuned in to Discovery plus on Prime video this morning to watch the AO mens final, only to find it wasn’t there! No coverage of the Final?!! This was what I signed up for. After several frustrating minutes called Amazon, to be told that they didn’t have coverage of that match. Unbelievable. I demanded my money back, which they said they would do, and cancelled the subscription. Then I went onto actual Discovery Plus ( yes, it’s different, who knew?) signed up and paid another £6.99. Fine, I could now at least watch the match but only on IPad. Thank goodness there was still three sets left to watch. Absolutely appalling service for the money, especially from Prime. Eurosport was pretty bad, but this is just rubbish.

Appalling coverage of Australian Open tennis - and has managed to get even worse in week 2!! So they've really listened to customer feedback - NOT!! And where are the catchups? Appalling!!

As if the Australian Open wasn't bad enough on Discovery+ now where there were at least replays on the first week(albeit horrendous to search through so many matches to find the ones I wanted due to no description of who is playing) now there are none. Eurosport was useless, but this is...well i can't believe there is something worse than Eurosport, there is... DISCOVERY+,AVOID!

Have purchased discovery+ on Amazon prime hoping to watch the Aust open but they don’t have replay matches!! It’s ridiculous for the amout you’re paying and doesnt give you the full service that is available on Discovery+. Have joined the Discovery + subscription separately and it’s so much better but it doesnt play on the TV, only on the app on your iphone/ipad!! Frustrating either way but for the same price Amazon was a rip off for charging this much for no replay matches! Very disappointed

Appalling service. Like many others I paid my add on from Amazon Prime to Discovery + so that I could watch the Australian Open. Totally, totally, totally useless. Virtually nothing available to view as a replay. Have missed so many good matches because they simply aren’t there ! Very, very frustrating and I feel robbed. Even Eurosport was better than this service - but only just !!!
