Just received my first order. This company really cares.
Both double albums came in the correct size outer sleeves Who does that? And you can call with a question knowing they will get back to you. I’ve already placed a second order due to the level of service.

What a brilliant company!
What a brilliant company! I recently ordered a limited edition LP, it was on my doorstep in no time, securely wrapped and labeled fragile. No question is to difficult. Thank you for you amazing service and for ensuring deliveries arrive safely to the customer. I will definitely be ordering from Discrepancy Records more often.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Purchased a ‘difficult to get hold of’ limited edition vinyl box set at a great price. Delivered to the UK in pristine condition and I was able to track the parcel all the way to my door, which is more than I can do with some internal UK deliveries. Will definitely use these guys again.

Paul, Ella and the Discrepancy Records team, are all incredible amazing people! I have purchased 100s of records from them now, and everyone, my expectations are blown out of the water! They have been able to source every single record I have wanted, even the super rare hard to find ones.
