Do not use this company at all! My flight was cancelled 1 hour before and we were left with no alternative options. We were given a refund and basically sorry about that. The kids were devastated. You... See more

Shameful service

Unhelpful and uncaring customer service who claimed they were “happy” to keep our £1500 for park tickets despite the ongoing global pandemic. We didn’t even ask for a refund, just if we could change the dates to next year!! We have saved for years for this holiday which is a once in a lifetime trip for us and our daughter. Should be ashamed of yourselves. I’ll be going through my credit card company and rebooking elsewhere.

Have to say my experience has been excellent although we couldn't complete our holiday due to the pandemic. Booking was very easy, package with free DDP at Caribbean Beach was eagerly anticipated but wasn't to be this year.
Huge credit to them for fast refund from a single phone call.
Hope to book again soon.

Recently

Recently, I had my 60-year-old mum on the phone crying as Disney had left her a voicemail saying they're cancelling her booking. She had paid £750 deposit and was out of the country, on holiday, when they left the voicemail. She didn't receive the voicemail until she returned to the UK. When she called Disney, they were closed. So she called the next day...but it was too late. They said she couldn't have anything back even though she said she'll pay everything right then on the phone. My mum doesn't have a lot of money; she put this on a credit card so that my daughter could experience Disney....once in a lifetime; we wouldn't have the money to do it again!! So, she kept calling in the hope someone could help...even if it was just part of the money back so they she could re-book but she kept getting told she had gone over 70 days...she still had over 2 months before the trip; which makes no sense to me! The woman in 'escalations' told her that she has the power to help people but she won't help my mum; even though my mum explained over and over that she was out of the country and had every intention of paying; still nothing. Absolutely disgusting. My mum has fibromyalgia and arthritis...she's ill and she wanted to take her granddaughter to Disney as she isn't going to be going abroad anymore due to the aforementioned illnesses and the impact they have on her body, and life! To think Disney is there to create dreams and experiences...well this experience has shaped my view and our friend's view of all that is Disney. Money hungry; they couldn't care less about people!

Utilized WDTC

Utilized WDTC, flight was canceled at 5am on a Sunday. We had no recourse to turn to. Horrible switch of flights which made our transportation voucher from Disney Travel null and void. No one cared

NEVER BOOK WITH THEM!

On returning from my holiday I had a huge list of complaints.
Having paid for half board we were not told that we needed to book so struggled to get our pre paid meals.
Our train then got cancelled and so we got stuck in Paris overnight and messed around lots.
On returning home we complained to Walt Disney travel company and explained all the extra expenses that we had from missing meals and not being able to get home. They offered to refund us the cost of the train to get from Disneyland to central Paris where we needed to get the Eurostar from the next day in order to get back to England. They ignored the extra costs and how the holiday was ruined for us and refused to help anymore.
They have no intention to help if something goes wrong and no refund. I guess that’s how the company makes money.
I am now sending them emails daily in hope they answer our complaint appropriately.
Do not book with them. They will ruin the magic of Disneyland and definitely do not book half board thinking you will have dinner. The restaurants you are allowed to eat in are the worst ones there and 90% only let you eat lunch.
Most expensive holiday of my life and the worst holiday of my life.

I was completely ripped off from the moment I made my booking. Countless additional charges and extras to pay for amounting to around £500 in total Poor customer service, unpleasant and rude staff - I will certainly not be booking with them again!!!!!!!!!

Booked a package with Disneyhoildays.ie…

Booked a package with Disneyhoildays.ie Nov 17 you get put onto the uk with a free phone number seems ok until the free phone number goes down emails say up to ten days to respond. As I was traveling in less than a week I got on to Disney world Orlando and was told that Disneyhoildays.ie was nothing to do with Disney and is "just another travel agent" on more than one occasion did have a supervisor tell me that this is not the case who was the only person who I dealt with that behaved as you would expect a Disney cast member to treat a guest was even hung up on mid sentence by the first person. In the hotel I was told that any problems outside of hotel related was nothing to do with Disney and get on to Disneyhoildays.co.uk and that was with the reception calling Disney travel in Orlando themselves to check. I did complain when I returned home and had the same supervisor call and reaffirm that they are in fact Disney. So morale is no rep's to help you out if something goes wrong on your trip.

Do not trust a "winter offer" deal Disney Paris with …Disneyholidays.co.uk

Do not trust a "winter offer" deal with Disneyhoidays.co.uk. They advertise free half board, "magic" extra benefits to book before a certain date for example 29th November and you will qualify for free half board, discount off the hotels etc and then when you try to book, unless you are booking months forward they charge you full price with none of the offer benefits even though you are booking within the terms of their offer. They don't tell you right until the end of the booking when they say "there are no rooms left under that offer" but you can have the same rooms at full price". There is nothing on the "winter offer" mobile screen that says that this is limited availability and you only know that they are not honouring the offer when you reach the end of the booking. This is misleading, wrong and luring customers to book by saying you will have this offer if you book before a certain date and then lo and behold they don't have the offer "available". There is even a countdown window of "days to 29th November left to book your offer" with no warning of limited or lack of availability" you call to query they simply do not do anything to compensate and are not helpful at all. No "magic" with this offer. Do not use these people.

Booked a holiday to Disneyland Paris in

Booked a holiday to Disneyland Paris in September. This included free breakfast meal plan for myself and my family.
In January we decided to upgrade our hotel. Doing so we lost our breakfast plans which we wasn't told would happen!
I contacted the travel company and they were less than helpful. Despite me originally booking in September and paying ALOT more money there wasn't anything they would do to help.

The customer service was awful and getting through to someone took a very long time.
They were completely unhelpful and didn't seem to be listening to anything I was saying!

It's safe to say I will not be booking with them again.

Poor Art of Animation Experience.

Very unhelpful on there contact system, there is no where to issue a complaint and when you do ring trying to complain there is no sympathy or anyone willing to try and resolve the situation. Recently stayed in the Disneys art of animation hotel where they had building and road works going on the entire time of the holiday so trying to lay by the pool wasn't pleasant during the day and these works continued into the night. Staff we're rude and a lady who worked in security was extremely rude after she actually had to do some work at the gate. We are unlikely to book to stay in disney again after staying there for the previous 15 years.
