DO NOT GO THERE, extortionate and rip off tickets. Studio complex resembles a building site. Rude Staff and unhelpful - no where to sit, restaurants all reservations only, queues are ridiculous because they are only interested in ticket sales - not the comfort and enjoyment of the customers. MICKEY MOUSE IS A FRAUD AND WORSE THAN THE CHILD CATCHER ON CHITTY CHITTY BANG BANG!! Save yourselves a fortune and go to LEGOLAND instead.

Was making enquiries regarding VIP tour of park as a treat for my 60th birthday. While the whole experience sounds amazing, very disappointing to learn that a price of £2700 applies for groups up to 10 regardless of numbers. We are a group of 4 and is shocking that we would be charged same amount as a group of 10! Working that out the group of 10 pay £270 each which is fantastic but we would be paying £675 each for same experience. Can see no reason why not charged per head at say £350/400 per person for smaller groups.

Two weeks before flight told flight changed by six hours. We are only going for two nights so booking an early 8am flight was ideal from Manchester. Six hours less inb the park.
Was told to ring the customer services which I did to be told there was a ten minute waiting time on hold, which was fine. An hour and a half later still on hold then I got through. Told by lady Easy Jet have changed the flight going out. I asked as it was not my problem and that we would loose six hours which is 15% of the time we paid for could they give us compensation in free food , breakfast or something. I was told no it wasn't their problem it was Easy Jets. They said the only alternative would be to change the holiday and go at different time which is impossible as we have booked our holidays off.I appreciate its not disneys flight but they have contracted their flight partner who have let us down badly. We are not happy with Disney for everything today. I got their email notifying me of proposed change of flights at 0700 today and it is now 1440 and I have wasted another six hours of my life on rubbish customer services and companies who don't give a ---- about hard working customers !!

the staff are grumpy and not very helpful or accommodating.
everything takes a very long time. there is no control especially at the entrance you have to be very attentive where you have to stand in the queue or you end up in the wrong one. remember and order and print tickets from home.

Had so much fun here. No wonder they call it the happiest place on earth. Thank you to all that made my day so great at the park.
