Awful interface and software, horrible customer service and problem solving
My payment details changed as per my new credit card. The system didn't let me renew the details. Called customer services twice, talked to people who didn't know what they were talking about. They cancelled my subscription and asked ME to renew it again on my side, which didn't work. Talk about servicing their customers properly, solving problems, earning money and increasing their market share??? Ha!!! What a joke!!!

Worst steaming app ever. I have to uninstall and reinstall every day because they app says im away from home. Im literally on the same TV every time. I'll switch profiles on the TV after I was watching a show to my kids profile and it did it. Completely ridiculous.

I would say a negative 10. I cancelled my subscription and they offered my 9.99 for 3 months and I noticed they charged me full price. I tried to get my money back and they took me on loop and wasted 30 min of my time.

Everything else - attempting to cancel on line - attempting to cancel by chat - lathe length of time attempting to cancel while actually speak in to a rep (through no fault of HER) but of the endless SCRIPT she had to go through was HORRIBLE and unacceptable. I recently contacted Disney+ support regarding the removal of Google Play as a payment option, and the experience was disappointing.
Google Play was not just a convenience, but also provided benefits like centralized subscription management and rewards. Removing it without offering any equivalent alternative feels like a clear downgrade of the service.
Support confirmed that this was a deliberate decision to move toward direct billing and bypass third-party fees. While I understand the business reasoning, this change comes at the expense of customer flexibility and overall user experience.
As a result, I have decided not to renew my subscription.
It’s unfortunate to see a service prioritize internal margins over customer convenience. I hope Disney+ reconsiders this approach in the future.
Slow interface, too many commercials that freeze up
Difficult to setup and login. Interface is very slow, too many commercials and some of the freeze up. Finally got through one movie and I am done with Disney plus. Canceled service with no refund.

I signed up for a Disneyplus subscription of September last year and cancelled it in December when I realised I was paying for it twice how this is even possible I don’t know. Wish zero was a rating option. The service will have problems letting me log in and when I ask for the code the one they send me doesn’t work, I try and reset my password but the new one won’t work or the old one. And don’t get me started on their chat bot. The responses it gives aren’t relevant. I’m starting to think that no people actually work for them because I can never get a person. I’m done and will be picking a different streaming service.

The commercials are crap. The price is too high. They continue to raise the rates and add tier levels to the packages like ESPN and you don’t get all the games.
