Absolute shite app. For such a wealthy corporation they have one of the shittest apps I've ever used.
Can't auto scale even when it's chewing through a HD amount of data.
Constant loading of content and glitches playback.
It's utter garbage.

I have been a subscriber for a few years. Thinking about canceling it.
#1. Didn't subscribe to watch Sports.
#2. Didn't subscribe to watch News.
#3. Didn't subscribe to be offered subscriptions to other streaming channels.
A.. I Subscribed to watch The Wonderful World of Disney.
B.. The moves and shows my Grandchildren Love.
C.. The Supper Heroes, I grew up watching/reading and learning from. Straight from the pages of the Comic Books.
There has been very little NEW in the way of The Wonderful World of Disney for months now.
They are bringing things over to Disney+ that are old and putting New to Disney Plus on it.
Well geuss What Disney+ I have already watched the new stuff on the Streaming Channels Your Trying To Sell Me.

I'm paying for a service i cannot access due to a limit on the number of new device logins. We have only been using one device, but the IP address changes. Making the service useless. If there was less than one star you would have got that. Absolute waste of time.

Profile stuck in french. No support
I cancelled my subscription because all the content on here is garbage except a few things. It has been a few month so I wanted to resub just to watch Family guy or The Simpsons. I go to resub and my entire profile is set to French. Without an active sub it is physically impossible for me to change any account settings. I went to their support chat and was told the first time to use the app to change my setting(impossible). The second time I went to the live chat the person set me a scam link and told me to go incognito to open the link. Super sketchy so I said f that and f you, I am done. Disney is literal garbage slop.
Disney is a horrible service for binge…
Disney is a horrible service for binge watching as it has no countdown to next episode. you have to always have your remote in your hand to prevent watching credits in all languages. which takes forever to finish. And when at the end of a show it starts a new one you don't want and I have not yet seen a way to remove from continue watching list.
Walt Disney would be ashamed
Growing up in the 60s, I absolutely love the classic style of Walt Disney. I’m also a superhero movie fan, so naturally I enjoy Marvel and DC comics. And don’t even get me started on Star Wars and that franchise! However, when I recently discovered I had been charged three months for an additional Disney+ subscription as I was already subscribing to a bundle with Disney, HBO Max, and Hulu, I went through Roku and Disney+ customer service several times within a couple of weeks on chat, email, and numerous phone calls.
Roku flat out denied any responsibility as they claim that Disney+ is responsible for all of the billing and renewals. So I dealt with Disney+ quite often. No matter how many pieces of evidence I provided them, however many transaction IDs I gave them, and so on, they could not determine why I was being charged for that additional account. They escalated my case and I was finally told that it was the result of someone illegally attaching a ghost account to my billing. That particular individual promised me that they would cancel the ghost account so that I would not be getting any further charges and that they would also refund me the $65.07 they had charged me for something that they should not have. I waited the typical 5 to 7 business days and nothing had changed. No indication on Disney+ or Roku that the matter has been dealt with. And when I looked on my bank statement, there had been no refund issued as well. So once again, I called Disney+. That particular representative got me on a three-way phone call with Roku. And the two of them just sat there like bumps on a log and no one would claim responsibility and here’s the crazy part. Disney+ said that I should contact my bank and they would refund my money. So where was that money going to come from? The company that got my money was going to be able to keep it, but they would not send it back to reimburse me or the bank. I find that fraudulent, despicable, and downright dirty.
I ended up filing a fraudulent report with my bank. I did not get a refund as of yet. I did cancel the billing payment method that I have been using for the bundle and the ghost account that was getting charged. Also, I set up for non-renewal to cancel my bundle and hopefully that ghost account. I don’t know how they’ll pay for it if they don’t have a current billing set up. And when my last two subscriptions through Roku come up for renewal which I have also canceled, then I will completely cancel my Roku account.
I find it very disturbing that multi billion dollar companies like this can take your money, you have proof that they’ve done it, they actually admit that it’s something that you didn’t do, and yet they will not return your money. I will never subscribe to their service again.
On top of that, the way they push the woke agenda is nauseating. I have no reason to continue a relationship with this company any further.

I canceled my Disney service because is a piece of crap. I used the app provided at Comcast, I used my iPhone, my iPad, I connected iPhone to my smart tv and nothing works. I changed the setup streaming with low data, using only WiFi; everything and the garbage still doesn’t work. It gets stuck during commercials, it stops in the middle, etc. I have to restart what I’m watching; it’s just frustrating. Considering that this company has so much money and still offer garbage and it’s very expensive for the crap they offer. That’s why Netflix is eating all of them on this…,

This is the most pathetic app service i think I have ever encountered in my life. If you are a fetch tv subscriber like myself you will be lucky if disney works for you at all, i had sound issues, error issues or it would just freeze my box completely. When you go to get help you get some idiot reading of a script that would not have the slightest idea what they are doing. We pay good money fir a service that works not to get this shit, boycott disney plus so many other apps better less drama.. .

I don’t know what Disney+ has going on, but it’s become too much with the ads. A 45 minute show has an ad about every 5 to 10 minutes. It’s disgusting, all they’re doing is losing money and if that’s what they want then fine but it’s the only platform where you can watch shows and movies that has this many ads. Horrendous.
Technical issues using in same house and no solution for customer service.
Just cancelled. Using the same account in the same house I kept being told in a different location (I am not using a VPN). I tried to contact them but no real solution and basically it’s my problem to deal with (let me caveat that the service was friendly and tried to help but the issue is with the underlying service and functionality). I don’t have this issue with any other streaming service. The cost is very high for the value and level of customer service. Looking at trust pilot I don’t think they really care which finally made me decide to end my subscription. I like the content, particularly for kids but not enough in the end.

So many ads, it is soul destroying. 1.30 minutes of ads for every 5 minutes of video. What am I paying for? Will cancel.

There is so much good classic content that they could have on here. I would keep it if they actually had classics we wanted to watch. There newer and newer content is geting worse and worse.
