I ordered a cheese grater on January 7 it is nowFebruary10 and I still have not received my grater. They say they have sent it out but they can’t tell me from where they can’t tell me when it is going to arrive. I’m thinking this is a big scam hoping for the best but I’m not very optimistic. I think I got scammed so I’m going to try and get my money back. So far my experience is not to buy from this company. I have emailed them numerous times and always get a very vague response.

I also purchased the food chooper and didn't received the product advertised. It does not suction to the counter, is not tall, gets clogged, etc... literally the opposite of their advertisment. Looks like they do this with all of their products. They keep coming back saying that their warehouse has sent the product I ordered. Well it's not he product that was advertised.

Classic bait and switch tactics. Return shipping costs far exceed the value of the junk they send you. A total scam. Paypal will force you to pay to ship the item back to get your refund. They don't even deserve 1 star.

Also bought the cheese grater. The one advertised is nice. Tall. Suctions well. The one I got looks NOTHING like what was advertised. Was also charged $10 more than my invoice. When I reached out, they asked for a pic of the QR code on the box and then claimed they sent me the right thing. In what universe do those look at all alike? They also said it would be too costly for ME to send back and would I just take $8 to keep it. I didn't screw up the order and send me junk so why should it cost me anything to return? They also overcharged me. If it was even them. The company on the invoice and the company whose name is on the website are completely different. Shady fly by night. Avoid at all costs. I'm currently disputing the charge solely on the overcharge but with a side note of wrong items sent.

I bought the cheese grater,not worth the cheap plastic it's made out of,made the product look quiet larger in the commercial,had a big bowl under the the grater return,lucky to get a cereal bowl under it,each time I tried it the suction can loose,don't waste your money and time,it took 5 weeks to get it .

Chinese company that sell a fake version of what you think you are buying , charge you more than you thought you were paying , a very nasty experience , they claim to have a good customer service 100 % risk free ... ??? NO THEY DO NOT , they are a company that totally rely on the fact that it is too expensive to return any fake / faulty items . please avoid at all costs

Ordered a squshmellow advent calendar and received a fake one with tiny hard toys, nothing like the video advertisements. Rubbish!

Ordered boom boom sticks. Received a different product and was charged a different price plus shipping. So I have 2 completely different invoices. Scammed!!

Ordered Original Boom Boom nasal stick and received a cheap Chinese copy. On top of this I payed extra compared to other websites and another extra....received it a month later.

Order never received (2 month) . Scam or very poorly operated company .
Never use , search for product and buy from someone else .

I never received my order. For two months I emailed them on almost a daily basis. They sent a delivery tracking number with no possibility of contact. Later they claimed the shipment was returned and reshipped. They ignored all my requests to submit details of local delivery company or to fix a deadline date after which they will concede that the order is not arriving and will refund payment. All they repeat is it's to late to cancel order and wait patiently for arrival. For how long - 6 months, a year a lifetime? who knows? Without real customer support it must be a scam.

The customer service is terrible. I placed an order as the ad said it was delivered within 3-5 days. I never received an order confirmation or any tracking information. The only thing this company did was collect my money. I sent numerous emails requesting an order number or tracking information but nothing was ever received. It has now been 15 days and still nothing. This company is a total scam.

I love these! We did the try before you buy. Got them for my 1 year old who has thick fat feet. They slide off and on easily, and fit really well. They’re super cute!

It is a legit company. I didn't think so at first bc there was no way to contact customer service or updates on tracking.
After calling my bank - I got my product so I'm happy about that.
4 stars bc they need better customer service

I bought this shoe in 2 sizes, a 9W & 9 1/2 M . Due to feet issues, I decided on the wide one. Hopefully I made the right decision .

It's a good jacket. Soft and warm for the little ones. Size was correct.

Fits my 2 year old toddler. The material feels good. Held up well when washed.

Scam -3 star
My invoice was one price yet they billed me a higher amount. I cannot cancel my order nor do they have customer service number to call. Now they are saying there’s a problem with delivery.

I bought 2 jars of peel off mask. Product is nothing like advertised. Such a thin liquid that has to be washed off.
Also seal was breached. Liquid mask has solidified in the center.
Worse is customer service who are not willing to accept any responsibility or change/ replace order.
Bottom line you are stuck with what you bought and spent money on.
Buyers, beware of Instagram ads

Not worth even 1 star review. Purchased 2 jumpsuits. Nothing like what was advertised. Described as elasticated but no stretch in material whatsoever. No fastenings so no way of actually getting into them! Finally managed to get a return address from them after them telling me on 2 occasions to give them to others! Not sure if I trust them to refund if I return them so going to make a claim through PayPal .
