I saw an add on Instagram for a cool looking stretchy jumpsuit. I did my research and typed distinctl clothing into trust pilot. Google autocorrected this to distinct (minus L) clothing. Distinct clothing are a legitimate company with excellent reviews and I was redirected to this company without my knowledge. Clever trick on the part of DistinctL!! I purchased the jumpsuit and some yoga pants at a cost of €85 (not cheap) as the website pictures looked great and the reviews (on Distinct) were excellent.
What arrived in the post was trash, nothing like the advertised product.
I have contacted the company at shipping @24hservice.vip requesting their returns policy and address. They have refused to give a return address instead offering me $5 compensation and an offer to keep their product.
PayPal facilitated the payment so I have informed them that they are facilitating a fraudulent company.
Do not purchase from this company.
