Asked to cancel application due to medical circumstances. However they said application already approved and sent to me. However don’t understand.
I never submitted any requested medical records or any MD name or number. So how could that be? They refused to refund fee.

My neurologist moved out of state and I was waiting for a referral for a new neurologist. Been waiting for a while, plus my regular doctors /nurses are on strike so an appointment is far off.
I have been getting temp placcards on and off for several years from my neurologist. I sent in my paperwork to this company and right away got my paperwork back and sent it into the DMV. Very happy that I don't have to wait for the strike to end.

on July 27 you said it shipped. but today is Aug 10 and your tracker number says it is still in Transit to Next Facility that's been 2 weeks already. hasn't moved a bit.
