Surprisingly great
Surprisingly great!
I had put this off for so long because I do not have a primary care doctor. Decided to go this route as the fee was lower than my copay. After submitting all medical records relating to and including recent PT reports I was all squared away within about a weeks time. Wish I had done this a lot earlier as it would have saved me many painful walks through long parking lots.

Lack of communication
Lack of communication, I had to call in after emails finally after another call talking about charge back I got a response that there was a video required which is optional but did it anyways. Otherwise everything went thru eventually but still 4 star is what I rate this service. Put in application but start calling after 5 days for sure!!
