Extremely pleased with Diversion Automotive services and car products they offer.

Originally all seemed well with these folks, then the issue regarding mudflaps for my brand new mk8.5 golf R black edition, i used there search by vehicle box and somehow ended up with m7/7.5 ones, which i was told were different, but came with fitting screws etc. So, i paid for these to go back and the mk8/8.5 ones arrived later in the week. No paperwork, no receipts, just two sets of mudflaps for my car, no fitting screws etc, told the mk8 uses the original ones. I queried this and was sent a screen shot and a video showing how to fit them.. kinda an insult.
So, i am now at a point where these probably wont fit and will end up loosing money under there return good rules, which have been thrown at me many times and I also pay for return postage..

I was also advised that they are just a retailer and not manufacturer, trying to wipe there hands of any issues. Charging inflated costs for items that fit a broad range of cars.

I will certainly not be buying from here again, experience has been enough for me.

Take my advice, double check all that you order and are sure it fits.

If in doubt, WALK AWAY.

I'd just like to write a quick review for the service I received from Diversionstores and their representative Mia. Mia was knowledgeable, professional and courteous on the phone. She helped me in choosing the right spoiler cap I wanted for my Golf R 7.5. Ordering was easy, I was kept in loop with the delivery and the part turned up in days and not weeks which was even better. Definitely a 5 star service and will be using again. Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

The products were amazing and fit my car brilliantly. Nice subtle touches to make the car a bit more personal. What I would say in terms of my experience was some items I purchased were on back order, but I wasn't told until I emailed. I'd maybe update customers if there's an unforseen delay but they were quite quick at getting back in touch to let me know once I reached out. Would order again.

I placed an order for in excess of £600 of body kit parts. There was no indication that any of the items were out of stock. I chose this company because the parts were out of stock on the manufacturer's site.

The Diversion site stated that typical delivery timescales were 3-5 days. I'm 11 days on and I've received nothing. The order confirmation email received advised that orders can take 4-8 weeks. This is far from ideal and doesn't fit with my plans.

I have contacted the company and I believe they were waiting for the entire order to be available before shipping. After some discussion they have agreed to send what they have because I have found the outstanding item to be available elsewhere.

I am to receive a refund for the item and can now buy it from the other site.

Had my car serviced today. Quick and efficient.
