Ordered some Nagoaka 102 Anti Static Liners.
E-mail response very quick and proffessional, I knew that the order had been accepted and was being dealt with, within in seconds of sending my order.

Products were delivered in a very secure package.

Price included postage which meant that the order was very competitive.

Ordered the goods but expected a bit of a delay as my order was for a non standard lenght of Anti-cables. However the goods arrived far quicker than I expected. Great service, great communications. Was really happy with the Anti-cables, they have brought about a marked improvement in the sound of my system. Will use Divine Audio again without hesitation.

Upon first contact with Divine I was provided with friendly and valuable information. I placed an order for cables and was given a verbal approximate delivery date. Received e-mail confirmation that payment had been made and goods ready ready to ship on time as promised then after four days I sent an e-mail reminder to which I received no reply. I telephoned and was told goods shipped by first class mail four days later than indicated by earlier e-mail. Telephoned again two days later and was told that goods had been shipped second class post. Goods received and all is well seven days after initial promise. In summary the sales/technical side of the business is good but shipping information and after sales communication seems to be lacking.
