Kadan was compassionate and super patient with our whole process. She was always attentive to detail and made just suggestions throughout the process. She was open to answering questions and did her best to explain all contentr related to our mediation. Kadan made sure we felt heard and was always calm and collective throughout the process. Oh Kadan! Very friendly and professional. She was firm at times, but has a calm note to her voice, so I felt very comfortable to discuss with her. She always emphasised on how impartial she has to remain. She was very prompt in responding to phone calls and emails.
