I love my new wardrobe doors they really finish off the room, and the liner round the outside colour matched to the track and door frames is a nice touch.

One star dropped because despite being "made to measure", the tracks were about 3-4mm too long to fit the space and had to be cut down to fit (I was expecting to cut down the wooden liners, but not the tracks). Luckily, I have access to the appropriate tools (angle grinder, etc) to be able to trim these down, but could be frustrating for someone who doesn't.

Second star dropped is due to the delivery company, because "Room of Choice" apparently doesn't mean "Room of Choice". Despite having confirmed that it was room of choice when booking the delivery slot initially, the delivery guys just said "we don't do stairs" without even looking at them. Not sure where they think most people sleep, but in the majority of houses that I've been in (bungalows excepted of course), bedrooms with wardrobes are upstairs. I'm physically disabled (to the point of having a blue badge and disabled bus pass) so can't move heavy things like these doors by myself. If my dad who is nearly 70 and has had a stroke could manage to get the old doors up and down stairs by himself, I'm sure that two youngish strong delivery guys could have managed it.

Other than that, the doors are great and look fantastic.

Parts turned with missing brackets. The made to measure wood fillets were short so had to joint them. No or very little instructions, emailed the suppliers and had no response

Initially, on the web site there are tools to help and guide you measuring and ordering the doors, this was supported by several reassuring communications from the company.
We received notice of when the doors would be delivered and they were punctual. On arrival the doors had been well protected and after checking them for any potential damage in transit a very pleasant and helpful driver helped to put them in the room of our choice.
The doors came made to measure and were easy to adjust to a perfect fit, the top and bottom guides were slightly oversized which meant they had to be trimmed by around 8mm.
The instructions that come with the doors contain several versions of fittings but once you clarify which of the instructions to follow it’s fairly straightforward, I fitted these doors by myself but it would have been easier with an assistant.
Once they’re up the doors look great, they feel robust and glide smoothly with little effort and benefit from a soft close.
Only one minor observation is that the doors are such a good fit against the frame that the doors would benefit from a discrete handle.
To summarise excellent product and excellent service.

DO NOT BUY, the doors are great, the customer service is none existent, I purchased a 3 door Shaker kit with 3 panel mirror doors, unfortunately we broke one of the mirror panels taking the door up to the bedroom, no problem “we will purchase a new panel from them” or so we thought, contacted the manufacturers, their reply “ go and buy a new door from somewhere, B & Q only sell single Shaker doors with a full panel mirror not the 3 panel mirrors for £160, so I went to a glass supplier payed £55 for a new mirror panel but it does not match the ones in the doors, the glass supplier said the glass colour is not a common one in this country,
So if you damage your doors the only place for them is the BIN, SAVE YOUR MONEY and buy from a different manufacturer.

We supplied accurate measurements when we ordered three custom sized doors from Homebase. We went with the optional surround frame as it was supposed to make the installation easier. It actually complicated the fitting and when we came to install the doors we discovered that the doors plus the surround frame were 45mm too short. That's a huge error for something that was supposed to be made to measure.

The instructions that came with the doors had only 2 pages that related to the product that we bought and were not very clear. There was no mention at all of the surround frame and the information relating to the soft closure mechanism was shall we say "misleading?". The quality of the doors and the hassle associated with fitting them does not justify even half the price we paid.

Always been great no issue's used them decades ,can be a tad more expensive then other places but quality is always A *

I absolutely love my new sliding doors. They fit perfectly, and the quality is amazing! I would defo recommend for made to measure doors.

Fantastic choice, called them to check I had made the correct choices. Easy ordering, they contacted me to arrange delivery, that went really well.
Fitting was straight forward and we now have some beautiful looking doors.

Easy to use website to create your own design sliding wardrobe doors. Delivered on time. Not yet installed but doors were packaged well.

Love my new wardrobes, delivery went smoothy (even though on 3rd floor) The only slight grumble I have is we ordered stone grey and in certain lights it looks brown

Good quality wardrobe doors and rails without being overly complicated.

The doors arrived as stated and all was intact. My carpenter has built the wardrobe and it looks very smart. I am really pleased with it. Being mirror doors it bounces the light around the room more as well.

Good product but one door damaged on receipt . Could not wait for replacement so fixed , glass out of frame.

Customer service experience, surprisingly dreadful.
This was whilst ordering the wardrobes.
I hope there isn't a problem during fitting.
Still haven't received any paperwork regarding the order or purchase.
Seems like a very amateur setup.

I am still awaiting delivery, it is now due a week later than specified.
