Great company to do business with

Great company to do business with. We have just moved and my husband put the totally incorrect delivery address and postcode, they tried to locate but couldn't but came back the day after.
The items we bought and assembled, were of really good quality and the prices were really affordable. We would have no hesitation using this company again. In fact we are just about to order a 2nd wardrobe, now we are experts at assembling!

I have been extremely disappointed with…

I have been extremely disappointed with both the service and product. I ordered an oak desk in November, which the top arrived damaged.

After contacting furn-on numerous times and constantly chasing as no updates, a replacement top arrived some 3 months later. They blamed the delay on suppliers, however, still selling the same desk on their Website with a next week delivery date. Each top is individually made, as a result the top did not fit the draws sent so unable to put together.

After constantly chasing the company with no resolution, I have no given up and put this down to a very costly mistake for using furn-on.

The make matters worse, the original top to be sent back, the collection company cancelled the day before and still awaiting some 3 weeks later with a large office desk top taking up my hall way.

After the experience I have had, will never use this company again.

We fully agree that a three-month delay for a replacement part is far longer than anyone would reasonably expect, and we sincerely apologise for the frustration this caused. Unfortunately the replacement top had to be produced by the manufacturer and this process took significantly longer than anticipated.

To clarify, the desk had already been removed from sale on our website some time ago, so it was not being advertised with a short delivery time during this period.

We’re also sorry to hear that you feel you’ve had to give up on resolving this. Our team had been in contact with you, including earlier on the day the review was left, encouraging further engagement so we could work towards a solution. We remain very willing to assist and bring this matter to a resolution if you would like to continue the discussion with us.

This company went above and beyond in…

This company went above and beyond in my estimation they kept my sofa in storage for 3mths as my house sale took longer to go through they kept in constant contact and delivered when the time was right, great customer care.
The only problem I had was the delivery guys couldn't get my sofas in the house with the box's on wouldn't let me unpack so they could get it in so left it outside me and my 75yr old dad had to get it in

Prestige swivel recliner chair.

The customer service was good ,offering me a discount as the chair was advertised as next day delivery ,but they couldn't do that after I,d placed the order.
The chair,Prestige, swivel recliner is OK,not the best quality, but good to look at and comfortable. The assembly instructions are pretty vague, to say the least. Also the advert makes out the headrest is adjustable, but only manually. Overall satisfied with the purchase, time will tell as it only arrived today. Would buy from Furn on again.

Lovely chair

Lovely chair. Good quality and competitive price. Husband, being tall, found this chair to be high enough. Didn’t have to wait very long for delivery which was carried out on a Sunday afternoon at no extra cost to our lounge. Three screws out four went in well but fourth no way at all. But is stable and comfy.

Very well made product

Very well made product. Packed extremely well and delivered by an excellent courier who communicated very helpfully about their planned delivery. The small TV stand is perfect for what I required and frankly is better than I was expecting at a very reasonable price.
