Oh wow!
Oh wow! This is great. Just powerwashed the whole patio with ease. Can’t believe the performance v price. I’ve had very expensive Karchers I’ve had to replace them all. This was a very pleasant surprise. If it needs replacing after a year or two it won’t hurt as much. Highly recommend.
B&Q marketplace is a mixed experience
B&Q marketplace is a mixed experience. Many sellers are fine. On the latest occasion a marketplace dealer estimated quite a long delivery time, it "delivered" late anyway. And what was delivered was a Royal Mail card because the sender had underpaid the postage.
After some back and forth with the dealer that was clearly based on either misunderstanding or simply not wanting to pay postage, I just paid the postage to get it done with.

I needed a pair of 25mm brass Backflap hinges and B & Q had them available on line. Ordered, paid for then delivered. Just what l wanted, did the job, sorted. Nothing else to say. Thank you. B & Q.

Online purchases an absolute joke
I like B &Q but their purportedly "trusted" online partners are a waste of space particularly Diva package limited. I ordered something, but realised I made a mistake so I called and cancelled within 10 minutes. An hour later I received a message saying orders can't be cancelled once ordered so I now have to receive the products I don't want, contact them about their returns procedure, return the products and then wait 5 days for a refund. Although I deplore some of Amazon's practices, they make purchases and returns so simple, whereas jokers like Diva package limited are complete amateurs

Mis-advertising '15 minute click and collect'. Order online and turn up at the store to find that no one is picking orders and people are being told to find their own stuff. Awful, awful experience.
Not refund for long time
I bought bathroom stuff from b&q on line I refunded some of items back it has been one months I haven’t received my money back I called them so many times but some agents put me on hold and doesn’t listen, I explained them my credit card is due but nobody listens I am getting frustrated to call them every day and stay in the line for long. They take the money quickly but don’t refund when they should.
Waiting refund for 2 weeks now
Placed an order for 5 bags of compost. Waste supposed to deliver on 15th. After 2 days on 17th I contacted customer support, I was told and escalation was made, then I asked to cancel the order and process my refund. No refund yet. On 25th, contacted customer support again, and again (!) I was told "an escalation is being raised". Come one, fancy word ("escalation ") doesn't solve the problem. Yet to receive the refund. I was told I will be contacted by the store within 24 hrs. Its been already 28 hrs. B&Q is now just disappointing and hopeless customer support.

I ordered kitchen cabinets 1 month ago. For delivery yesterday. I received texts confirming delivery slot. I phoned up 4 times yesterday to find out about the delivery. I didn't receive any calls from b&q or the courier. I finally called at 7.17pm only to be told they can't track driver or order.

Lost all hipe
I ordered a lawn mower 4 weeks ago and it was meant to be next day delivery but I still don't have it.
Numerous emails have went back and forward and I I requested a refund after 2 weeks. Got an email saying the refund would be processed in 3-5 days and I still don't have that either.
It's ridiculous how long this has taken.
Brilliant home delivery service!
Great range of products at competitive prices, regular updates and great customer service.
I've had home delivery a few times now, especially for heavy bags of compost, as I'd never be able to manage all of the lifting. The delivery drivers have always been so cheerful, friendly and so helpful and will ask where you want things left - even round to the back garden - nothing is ever too much trouble for them - brilliant customer service!
