Ordered a splashback on 9 April - called 8 May to chase it and was told that it would be shipped 10 may and delivered on 12 May. Didn't arrive. Called again 18 May to be told that it was being shipped the next day. Didn't arrive. Called 24 May to chase AGAIN only to be told they haven't even made it yet. So I have cancelled the order and will wait for my refund, but no doubt I'll have to chase that too. Don't waste your time with this business.

EDIT after DIY Splashback response: I would understand if there were issues with the order, but you never said there were issues. You told me twice it was ready to be shipped, when it would be shipped and when it would arrive. And when you were chased a 3rd time you said the order hadn't even been started yet. So your response here is not credible.

My splash back idea was not straight forward and Craig and the team were SO helpful and patient with me.

Quality bespoke product delivered safely and fits perfectly. Answered queries quickly and were helpful with sizing and fitting support. If only we had two kitchens - we would be buying again.

Ordered an antique mirror glass splashback about 3 weeks ago and it arrived on Thursday as promised. The fitters installed it yesterday and my wife and I are thrilled with it. The reflection is so clear and the antique effect great but not overstated, it's clear in the middle as I requested so it's just perfect.

Ordered 5 weeks ago and still havnt received my splashback. I chose a standard size but because I wanted screw holes it's delayed the order which it says nothing about on the website. It took 4 weeks to be told that my image wasn't good enough so I chose one of their standard colours. Now I'm looking at 6 weeks minimum to receive a standard size and a standard colour

Ordered a glass mirrored splash back on the 17th april we are now the 13tg may and still nothing. Called and the man the other end was very vague and just said next week. I asked when he said tuesday or weds, waited in kn these days and still nothing. Now they atent even answering their phones!

this Bespoke glass splashback is perfect,exact size packaged fantastic no way this was going to get damaged delivered through parcel force with tracking facility,overall very very happy

Great company-exact size, looked exactly like the picture, came within two weeks and used a courier that was able to give a one hour delivery window which was brilliant.

I placed my order on 4th March, it states I should receive standard size product within 10 working days. I still haven’t received it. I rang a couple of days ago and the man I spoke to was vague and most unhelpful. He told me it should be “soon”. I asked when and he said “he was in the office” and didn’t know. The tracking system gives no information other than stating paid, not shipped. Not good customer service at all. Can’t comment on the product as I still don’t have it yet.

We ordered 2 different splashbacks for our kitchen, both of which look superb. There was a problem with one of them but the company were really helpful in resolving the problem and replacing the splash back. A really good company to deal with.

Excellent customer service - very responsive and helpful. Product is great and much better value than other options we considered. Bespoke size was cut exactly as ordered and arrived sooner than expected. Looks great in situ.

A wonderfully responsive company producing an excellent bespoke product. I wanted to use an artist friend’s image as my cooker splashback in my new home. I was guided through the process online and by phone, when I needed some help. Chris always responded quickly and was so helpful. The glass splashback arrived today, excellently and safely packaged, and I think looks just stunning.

So after a lot of Emails to Nicola I decided on my design which Nicola help with every time I email Nicola came straight back she all so understood my frustration on trying to explain what I wonted and everything worked out smoothly sent me over the price I paid was a little bit worried as I live in the UK but it was very well packed and we opened it up and it was just wow absolute wow amazing recommend 100% to anybody that wants something different and a bit bespoke in your bathroom or kitchen will be ordering again when i do my bathroom so helpful thank you for your help and everybody loves it

Beautiful splashback and first class customer service. I discovered it was slightly too big. I had ordered the exact size as the space at my hob. I was gutted and sent an e-mail to the company asking for advice. About an hour later I received an e mail from Craig asking if i had end panels on my units and if so to take them off and put the glass up. Brilliant! My brain wasnt thinking. Anyway great customer service and a beautiful splashback..Perfect

Terrible service and product. The representative made a typing mistake on the order and when it arrived the splasback was too large. The company denied this and made me feel extremely foolish. Avoid DIY Splasbacks at all cost.

Would definitely recommend this company, uploaded one of my photographs and from start to finish customer service and support was excellent. When the finished splashback arrived it looked much better than I ever thought one of my own photos would do in that format.. So pleased with it . It has brightened up my kitchen and has had so much positive feedback from friends and family .
