The splashback arrived within the timescale stated on the site which I wasn't really expecting due to the effects the pandemic must have had on their business. It was exactly as ordered and well finished, with no sharp edges. I glued it to the wall following the instructions on their website, which I found easy even with my lack of expertise. I didn't have any contact with the company except for a message they sent me a couple of days before the splashback arrived to tell me it was on its way. Because everything went to schedule I didn't need or expect any contact with them. All in all I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to buy a splashback. It really was easy and makes the kitchen look much better. Very impressed customer!

We are delighted with our mirror splashback. There was a small issue with our original order but it was rectified without any issue. Customer service is excellent and I would recommend diy splashbacks to anyone looking for a modern splashback. You won’t be disappointed.

I recently ordered a splash back from diysplashbacks the customer service was second to none, the splash back was delivered in great time considering the recent covid restrictions and was delivered in pristine condition, looks great and i would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others

Ordered a splashback the company was straight with me about order time. They let me know when it was shipped. It arrived well packaged and I am absolutely delighted with it. It is a morocan tile effect and is beautiful. The colours are bright and sharp and it completes my grey and white kitchen and really lifts it. I absolutely recommend this supplier.

Great customer service from the team in DIY Splashbacks - prompt replies with any questions I had regarding designs and glass specification. They were able to give me a link as to where to find designs which was great(there is so many). Once I had picked a design I had my glass within the lead time they had told me. Came perfect - exactly what i had imagined, couldn't have asked for better service and will be recommending to all of my friends. Thanks DIY Splashbacks :)

Lovely product! We’re so pleased with the Splashback. Being totally rubbish at Diy we found the instructions clear and it looks amazing in our kitchen, hiding the not so pretty wall behind the oven now. Thank you!

I ordered the Calm Waters splashback for my kitchen with trepidation as I knew nothing about the company. I understood that it would arrive within 7 to 10 days and when it hadn't I emailed them and got a reply quickly. There had been a technical problem which had now been sorted and it should be with me the following week. when I messaged the following week they told me that it was finished and should be with me within a couple of days. It arrived well packaged and now looks absolutely fabulous. My kitchen is now complete. thank you to all concerned for a job well done.

The splashback is as described and very good quality, nice thick glass. The hardware provided is also good quality with the screws provided having screw on tops (rather than the cheap pop on one's). I am really pleased and it has brought the kitchen together as I had hoped.

The product itself I would give 5*. But I've had to take 2 off due to the extended delay(for full details read my previous review). Total lead time for my antique rectangular mirrored splash back with pre drilled holes was 10weeks and 2 days. I have also since, been sent a very sincere apology from the team and hope for their sake that there situation with suppliers improves. I do genuinely believe they are doing all they can to deliver the service as best and quickly as they can in these difficult times. I also hope my constructive criticism is taken onboard and they manage paying customers expectations better going forward.

Great service all through, in these difficult times was updated constantly, very helpful and professional on every occasion. Thoroughly recommended.

We ordered from DIY Splashbacks since they offered such a wide range of colours - so we chose an exact match to our decor - absolutely spot on! Looks amazing. There were a few understandable (Covid related) delays but the team did their best to keep me as accurately updated as they could. The items arrived safely and were packaged really well.

Received my splashback as promised in the 6 weeks timeline I was given. I was delighted with the finished product. Looks amazing in my kitchen.
Splashback was well packed and the size was excat as to my mesaurments also very simple to put up with the sticksol supplied from the supiler. Communication from the emails I sent for updates on week 5 was very good considering the current epademic.

Can not praise the service we received. Yes had to wait slightly longer than expected as due to Covid glass difficult to get. The end result was more than worth waiting for looks amazing

Terrible service ! Awful communication. Waited 7 weeks then was told it was ready to be painted but still nothing 2 weeks later . Thankfully received a refund after asking PayPal to investigate. I was told at one point that they had not got time to reply to emails because they are a small company! They won’t be getting any bigger the way they treat customers

Communication goes a long way !!

I placed an order 9 weeks ago for a glass splashback where the website stated that it would take 4-5 weeks to arrive. I understand there may be delays due to COVID but it is an absolute joke that it is taking this long. I have contacted customer support 5 or 6 times and each time get told there is a delay. I was eventually told 2 weeks ago that the glass was finally in stock and would be shipped at the start of the following week. It is now a week and a half later and still no sign of the splashback or even an update as to why it hasn't arrived.

This is a truly awful company with terrible customer service. Do not use them.

Love this company, we have used them a few times now for asplash back and to make a bath panal. They are great are keeping you updated on progress and answer and questions quickly. Highly recommended.

From beginning to end the process was simple. The delivery was a little delayed but with COVID it’s fair enough & my enquiry as to its whereabouts when delivery was delayed was answered promptly. Arrived today, well packaged & easy to put up. Looks great. We chose plain glass

I placed an order 7 weeks ago for glass splashbacks. At the time i was told it would be a 4-5 week lead in. I still do not have a confirmed delivery date and i think the level of communication is poor.
I regret using this company and wished i had placed an order elsewhere. On the service i have received to date i would encourage others considering using DIYsplashbacks to avoid the level of frustration i am currently going through and shop elsewhere.
